Greetings forgive me if this post is not appropriate in this thread but I thought Id announce that Ive been asked to make a presentation on Relict Hominids at the Theosophical Society of Perth at 7:00pm, Tuesday October 16th.
Ive not been very active within cryptid online communities until now but Ive been an avid researcher for years. This will be my first presentation on the subject.
Id love to meet any local WA researchers so if you do manage to come along please introduce yourself.
Thank you

Good luck with the presentation! I won't be able to attend but we definitely need more of these talks in WA

Welcome to the forums, Bÿrn

For those of us who are far removed from the west of Australia, do you have any written or recorded works that you'd be willing to share here?
Diversity of experience and research is always a good thing, and I for one would be most interested in learning more.

Thanks Shazzoir,
My 'day job' is as a Regenerative Agriculture designer. Not related to cryptozoology but it does mean Ive been a student of anthropology and ecology for years. This talk will be the first content that I will release to the world re my interest in RH related subjects, though I am working on two articles now; one regarding Homo floresiensis , it's archaic morphology and its location on the Sahul(Australasian) side of the Wallace Line and its implications. The other is looking at RHs from a more Jungian angle, exploring their place in Human myth, their relationship to humanity and the planet and touching on a hypothesis as to why they are so difficult to observe.
I look forward to sharing in time...

Hi Býrn
My name is Nick and I'm a fairly active (amateur) field researcher hear in WA and also write articles about WA and the evidence of yowies for The Yowie Times, a monthly newsletter published by another member from the forums.
I would love to know more about your talk and if needed can share the historical information regarding yowies in WA.
Please don't hesitate to contact me by this means or email
