Multiple instances

Unread post by Waters » Wed Feb 13, 2019 9:22 am

Hello I've been reluctant to disclose my location due to not wanting to be identified. But I have had a few instances growing up especially around sept. That I've heard and one night having been scared to the point I slammed window shut and ran off the toilet as a clear face with extremely sharp eyes moved out of the dark tree lined pathway into the light down the side of our house which was shining through the mesh fly screen the dunny window. It must've been there before I went to the toilet and just moved that little too close when I was looking out the window that it's face was just in the light. I always thought it was something else as long story too why I thought it was something else but other instances like the like a long inhaled screeching scream that sounded like it was travelling at full pelt run through the bush then up to the orchard. Another night when I was old enough to drive I was leaving a neighbours house at around midnight I jumped out of her window and was walking the very steep drive back to my car and I think as I was quiet I may have startled something I was heading to my car that was parked near the pine trees and pitch black this was before mobile phones so no light except for the car once I got in it but I heard one on either side of me it started screaming when I was almost to my car within two three metres the walk from the house to the car was around 10-15 metres this time one sounded very young screeking longer than any lung coapacity of a human chest. Scared the c**p out of me I was in the car and reversed out of there very quick. I figure now they knew of me as they would've seen me I just hadn't put two n two together at that age.
Another avo I had thought my dad was out in the bamboo area of our garden where no one used to go often as it was not a thoroughfare just a corner of a very large property. I saw outline and was calling out to dad but once I got there no one was there as my large dogs had raced me there barking. I figured he was barking at something on the road on other side of fence. I now think it must've jumped over the fence I just assumed I mistaken that I saw anything at the time.
One day I was invited to a friends property three hours out of Sydney we were around 10 as we drove off the property home through the paddocks I said to my friend we were sitting in the very back of a 4wd like the two spare seats and we were tired as we played all day on the property I was starring out the window as we drove off at after dusk I could see a huge dark shadowed figure running as fast as the car following us all the way out to the gates.
This was in Sydney it seemed to be seasonal Spring I think they visiting for the pine cones the fruit tress and bamboo and fish.
I think they came in from quite a far way away blue mountains or Windsor perhaps or bush land was not that dense. It was suburban with acreage and many hobby farms not built up at that time.
I thought the face I saw was an aboriginal women there's a long stay as to why I thought it was an aboriginal ghost as the window in the dunny was too high for a human to be head height.

The neighbours who lived across the creek had forestry commission in and paid ghost people to sit down there a night as they had multiple times heard this and not been able to identify it. The ghost people said it was an aboriginal women who had been tied to a tree and burnt by the first settlers. The forestry said it may have been an owl. Hence me ridding it off as a ghost. I never saw anything untoward any of the times we went down the bush or creek. I don't think they were there all year round just as they knew the food was on the trees.
The night of the screams hat were in the orchard we had three cats one old deaf one that didn't react but the two younger ones I remember them running up and down the hall and our huge dogs barking and circling back to the house not there usual bark and pushing through the fence and shrubs lining the fence they weren't barking near the fence very odd barking wimpering a circling back that the first time I heard the noise. I didn't know what it was, I often walked around the property at night coming and going with friends never other than the couple occasions did I feel anything was there we had very huge dogs that would sound off. So no need to worry with them on the property.

Hey there Waters , thanks for sharing your experiences and welcome aboard !

We hear a lot of stories of encounters and yours aren't unusual . I heard a story (second hand) of one of these creatures watching a guy on his computer at night . It had it's arms folded and leaning on the window sill , it's head was resting on it's arms .
We've also hear of the screaming towards people walking in the night and I also read a similar story recently about another that chased a car .

There's nothing to be ashamed of regardless of what people say and you should consider yourself lucky to have had such great experiences .
Thanks for coming forward ! :D

Thanks Rusty 2 yes it seems there's many people who have experiences but don't know what or why these things are happening too.

I also found a lost staffie just under two years ago it's lead was stuck up high in a tree so it couldn't go home it was our neighbours who were moving out that day. The kids were searching for it I helped the dad get down through the lantana to it as I could faintly hear it crying. Dog was too tired to walk back up the bush by time we got to it around 5 pm and walking floppy sideways trying to follow the dad back home I told him to pick it up & carry it. They were renters no idea about living or walking in the bush.
But I thought after they was somethings odd there, as going in to the area I came across a Hawks feathers and bones then found the dog but very hard too see it. The dog was tangled under a fallen tree. The strange thing was the end of the lead being so high in that tree. There's no way that short old dog could've jumped high up there to get it stuck.
Makes me think that because of recent mass development of the larger acreage a couple kms away that I have been thinking perhaps again something been taking refuge in the bush land, there's been a few odd things here again lately like were I grew up.

Hmmm , not sure what to make of the staffie with the lead up so high but it would appear that they don't like dogs from what we've heard and read . There are reports of dogs going missing on properties where there is yowie activity .

Just back to the windows thing , there's quite a number of reports of yowies approaching windows at night to interact with the children on a regular basis in that home .

Yep , humans are encroaching onto their dirt , slowly removing it from them piece by piece , they do get upset about it . There also maybe fruit trees or other food plants that may be wiped out by encroachment . It is thought that yowies may move around during the seasons to take advantage fruits and other seasonal food and by destroying it must makes things more difficult for them .

Window peeping is definitely a thing they do. Raises a few questions and some interesting dialogue and speculation.

Some say peeping through windows are their form of entertainment. That they're curious and seeing what the crazy humans are up to inside their dwellings. That it is all good fun for them.

However, there are cases where sasquatch seemed to know and memorise the internal layout of ones home by peering through windows. People have reported seeing a sasquatch peering through their windows, being frightened and running through the house only to find the sasquatch waiting for them at the window of whatever room they've run to, as if they knew exactly where that doorway you just ran out of went to. Ie... they've studied by looking through your windows the internal layout of your house.

Many times, but not always, its reported that window peeping is a precursor to eventual entry attempt to your home. Where the front or back doors will experience the knobs being jiggled or turned by someone outside. Why they want in is anyones guess but when suspected sasquatch incursions do occure its often the fridge thats raided. So they're probably looking for food. In other reports the creatures just wander through your house exploring as if curious and then leave. Ive read one report in which a man was woken in the night to find a sasquatch at his bedroom door watching him. It then turned and excused its self walking out of the house. In one instance a volunteer forester was at a cabin with others spending the night (they were looking for a reported lost hiker). I guess a sasquatch wasn't happy about the human presence in his area because the man woke up in the middle of the night in that cabin to the sight of an angry sasquatch standing over the foot of his bed glaring at him. It then kicked the bedframe physically moving it and promptly left.

Sometimes sasquatch are reported gesturing or beckoning for the person to come closer to the window as if wanting to interact or communicate. Some say on no circumstances should you go over to the window that its a setup for it to reach in and grab you. However, such gesturing is commonly observed with apes sincerely trying to interact with humans. And reportedly sasquatch are primarily ambush predators. In that case, if they wanted you, snatching you up at any time while outside or near a window would be their easiest recourse.

Finally last that ill mention is that when they are lingering around your property or spying on you via window peeking they often escalate to behaviour such as slapping the side of your house or tapping on windows. Maybe to protest your presence. Other times perhaps just for entertainment or even to probe and get metrics on your response.

The report you have of a possible yowie flanking you and on another occasion keeping pace from a flanked position with your car are also very frequently reported.

I agree with Rusty.

Sasquatch and yowie are well regarded for their dislike of dogs. Perhaps because for an animal that makes it its business to be stealthy a dog in the area is a liability. They'll draw attention and alert others to the yowies presence.
