Area 51 Invasion!

Unread post by Searcher » Mon Jul 15, 2019 12:33 pm

Surely it's a joke... but lots of press at the moment.

I wonder what would really happen if more than a million people decided to storm Area 51 on September 20th in search of aliens?

Read about it here:

Luckily most wont show. Thats a big one. Most of the people saying they're totally into doing it are too young or broke to really bother.

The desert will dissuade many. A few shows of non lethal force by a few low passes of helicopters will drive a good number off. Police or national guard setting up a perimeter to arrest everybody. Thats what will likely happen.

If for some reason they do break in most of the base is locked down and most wont even know what they're looking at or why its significant. They'll just be disappointed that there's no ufos. And if they're caught taking pictures of classified stuff they'll get sent away for a long time.

Have to agree with bassplyr's thoughts on what might happen. However, the use of authorised deadly force on that many people would certainly be a conundrum for the military!

However, I'm sure bassplyr won't agree with me when I say there are alien artifacts from the Roswell crash stored at Area 51. Take a close look at the interview below. It gets quite interesting around 7'.30". A 'deathbed confession' by a former CIA agent details how he was ordered to go to the base by President Eisenhower and actually saw the crashed Roswell craft and a live grey alien. I believe 100% this old man is a genuine witness to an alien presence at the top secret base. His story comes across as absolutely genuine.

The President, being a former military General, had threatened to use the 1st Army to invade Area 51 if he wasn't told what was happening there.

Unfortunately during eisnehowers term groom lake was just a fledgling airfield.

It was formed around 1955 as a standin for edwards airforce base. They needed a place just like edwards with a dry lake bed so they could test aircraft. Notably the U2. They just wanted a place more isolated so that folks wouldn't see the U2 being operated and tested and ask questions. The U2 as we learned was pretty vulnerable if exposed. It could only do its mission because the other side didnt know to look for it. So the CIA built a little airstrip in the middle of nowhere. From 1955-1959 it had very sparse facilities. Nothing sufficient to store aliens. Because it was in such a crappy location they even had problems staffing the place.

In 1959 the A12/sr71 started using the strip for the same purposes. It got expanded a little to accommodate the new program. It was still a spartan facility and still not worthy of a place to store anything like a ufo or aliens.

So during Eisenhower's term the base was just a remote airstrip for the CIA and airforce. In fact he even authorised and was fully aware of the U2 program and paradise ranch (groom) i personally believe the whole "im gunna storm area51 with the army" thing was made up.

Area51 (groom) to this day still has no aliens or ufos. Never has.

Grooms busier than ever these days working on a slew of awesome stuff. None of it alien related. Also its not the only base in the game its just the one the public focuses on. There are several bases that are equally up to their necks in spooky stuff. Much of what groom works on doesn't stay for more than a few years before its operational and shipped elsewhere.

Yep... let's agree to disagree. As far as I'm concerned, that old man us telling the truth!

With my background as a producer/director, I've conducted many hundreds of television interviews over the decades. You develop a professional feeling for when someone is being truthful and when they are not. And I say this old CIA operative's interview is bona fide.

I ask this respectfully, bassplyr...why do you keep denying first hand evidence of Roswell? Why do you claim the people in the Disclosure Project are lying? You must also think the Roswell Mortician's testimony is made up! I truely think you have an agenda here. Apart from just being an 'aliens on Earth' skeptic, I really don't know what it is or why! You have shown extraordinary insight and intelligence on a range of issues, but the dogmatic and absolute denial of the alien visitor's evidence has got me well and truely stumped!

Perhaps bassplyr is secretly in league with Klass, Shostack or McGaha to name just a few! :D

Hello Searcher , it did start out as a joke on the "Escape with us " YouTube channel , they go out exploring different stuff
all over the states, lately been concentrating on Area 51
Needless to say they are backpedalling really fast and trying to get out there that it was a joke
Cheers Greg

G'day Greg,

Thanks for the updates. What's happening makes a lot more sense now.

Reminds me of the old Robin Gibb and the Bee Gees classic "I Started a Joke". :)

Well with the deathbed confessional. He may seem like hes telling the truth to you. His body language and ignorance of facts says hes not being so honest to me.

He says they were asked by the president to go to "area51 and S4" to find out whats going on with the aliens. I doubt Eisenhower would be calling it area51 instead of something specific like tonopah, nellis or groom lake or even paradise ranch.

Second the guys jumping on the papoose lake s4 thing bandwagon. The real S4 is part of the tonopah test range not groom. Its real name is TEWR-54 Site 4. Its basically a radar testing range. No hangers built into the side of mountains. Its built on top of a flat plain. S4 at papoose doesn't exist. In fact a archeologist hiked right past "S4" in the papoose lake bed and confirmed there's nothing there.

Then theres his talk of "eisenhower was going to send in the 1st army from Colorado. " First army has never been in Colorado. They spent most of their time split between fort Riley Kansas and Berlin in the 1950-1970s.

This isnt the first time Dolans been fooled.

I do think a lot of the disclosure project is BS. But i think a portion of them are not lying they just came to the wrong conclusions when they saw or experienced something they didnt understand.

Roswell we could go back to that other thread and get into the details as to why i believe there is no real evidence an alien craft crashed at roswell.

However, i do believe there's wiggle room in about five percent of the ufo sightings and alien abduction claims for there to be actual aliens. I'm not opposed to a reality of aliens visiting earth. Ive already mentioned that i think the Taylor incident along with the Tuscaloosa case are interesting and hard to write off as human. There's reason to believe some cases could be alien. But i maintain that 95 percent of ufo sightings in the modern era are home grown. There's no agenda. Believing so would be paranoia.

Also, whos klass, Shostak and mcgaha?

The three are well known alien skeptics. They appear with mind numbing regularity on the Discovery Science programs on UFOs. It’s mainly because program producers insist on having ‘light and shade’ in their programs. Philip J. Klass, Seth Shostak and Jim McGaha are, in my opinion, just mouthpiece puppets for the official Air Force line that there is no evidence for aliens on Earth. Shostak, as Senior Astronomer for SETI, obviously has a vested interest in keeping his government funded job. If Seth really wants to find alien life, I suggest he looks a little closer to home and delves into the hundreds of thousands of UFO reports.

That’s the point … there are almost countless numbers of reports of aliens and their craft over the last 70 years. If one… just ONE of those reports is true…and common sense tells us they can’t ALL be wrong, then we have at least one genuine alien case. And that automatically opens the door to a multitude of other cases. It doesn’t take a great leap of faith to believe it's very possible.

Good to see you coming to the party (well, just a little bit) re aliens visiting this planet. If that is regarded as possible, why then is it impossible some of their craft have been shot down or crashed? The other point we can't agree on is I say there is no way anyone from any country could have built craft frequently clocked on radar as fast as 18,000 mph in our atmosphere 50 to 70 years ago.

I hear what you say about the dying CIA agent. I also understand that if you accept his testimony, then it shoots the ‘Roswell aliens didn’t happen’ standpoint down in flames! Also, you won’t comment on the Roswell Mortician’s interview. Do you really think Glen Dennis is full of lies too?? No. This key witness was just being truthful as he refused to cave in to the code of silence demanded of him by the military. IMHO, his testimony is one of Roswell’s smoking guns.

Now bassplyr… one more question. Do you play bass in a band? No…sorry, didn’t mean to ask that, but you can answer if you like. :D The real thing I wanted to ask is what is your background. To me it sounds like many years in the US aerospace industry.

Cheers.

So it turns out a guy called Matty Roberts was behind this Facebook joke. He says it was originally created as a "funny idea for a meme page".
At least it is drawing attention to Area 51 and "the truth is out there" beliefs.
Even the ABC is giving it oxygen!

Hey bassplyr… where are you? You seem to have gone to ground. I was hoping for some more robust discussion about whether aliens have landed (or crashed) here on earth! Because if I am wrong with my views… I really want you to tell me why.

If I have offended you in any way, particularly by asking if you played a bass guitar, double bass or bass clarinet, then I apologise. It was just a facetious remark. My family is into music and my nephew is currently performing regularly in clubs around New York. However, I would really be interested (in general terms) where all this specific aerospace knowledge comes from.

I have been looking for more information on the old man to check his veracity and whether, as you suggest, Richard Dolan may have been fooled. It seems this guy was the real deal. The anonymous agent was the father in law of the man who was pushing his wheelchair in the interview. His CIA name was Stein/Kewper. However, he was not a full time agent. He was in the Army Signal Corps and was on loan to the Eastern Director of the CIA for about 3 years of his 4 year enlistment. He made several trips to Area 51 with CIA agents on behalf of President Eisenhower to gain information for the President about activities going on at Area 51. His last interview, done by Dolan, was after Stein/Kewper's security oath has expired,

Also, I decided to check your statement ”First Army has never been in Colorado.” Wikipedia clearly says otherwise.
"First Army Division West was activated at Fort Carson, Colorado, and later moved to Fort Hood, Texas."

Your comments, please?

First army division west. You mean the one newly formed in 2007. 50 years after the time frame of this guys story?

Yes i do play bass. Not professionally. Although i did play gigs in my 20s for fun. I still play as a hobby. I also enjoy gardening. Particularly frangipani.

As for my absence. My son was attacked by a dog. Been dealing with the council and taking care of the little guy. partner has the flu thats going around SE Queensland lately. So ive been holding the fort.

You haven't offender me or scared me off.

As for crashed alien vehicles. I suppose its possible. And, that there may have been collections. I stand firm that what crashed at roswell was not alien nor is there any reverse engineering going on.

And Dolans still getting fooled especially lately.

Hi bassplyr. Really hope the little guy is on the mend. Have never liked vicious dogs. Just hope the careless owner of this one is suitably penalised.

Thanks for pointing out the Wiki quote I put forward had no time context. I’ve since looked further on the military history of the First Army and you seem to be spot on. Yes, it does ask some questions.

We won’t be the first or the last people to differ on the reality of Roswell. Looking through the UFO topics here, I’m surprised there is nothing specific on Roswell. Perhaps it’s time to start one! :D

I think you should start a Roswell thread. You'll have plenty of material to include in it. I look forward to approaching it with an open mind and exploring the evidence you present.

The council was on-top of the dog incident immediately. The situation has been fully resolved. Council took the dog. Unfortunately my son is now terrified of dogs including puppies. Which is a shame since im a dog lover and we plan on getting one in a year or so. He'll come back around to dogs again with time i figure.

Also is there any thread here about the Gosford sightings? That could be fun. I know Moira M has done a lot of research into it.

And whats your take on the Burkes Flats ufo incident with the bent headlights. What do you believe was the cause behind the light bending. Could be an illuminating discussion.

Back on thread topic looks like the motels around area 51 are fully booked by people planning on doing the raid. That wont end well.

Haven't seen anything here on the Gosford sightings. I tend to put Moira McGhee in a similar category to guys like Whitley Strieber. They both like to sell books! To throw the hot potato back in your hands, what's your thoughts on Moira?

The bent headlights case is one of the most fascinating ever. The fact that someone died on the same stretch of road is downright scary. It may be just a coincidence, but it happened in the same state a couple of days before the famous Westall encounter. Astronomers know light can be bent by gravitational lensing while passing close to a star, but for this to happen to car headlights in country Victoria is head scratching to say the least. All I can suggest is a demonstration of alien technology light years in front of anything we have or currently understand. :)

There is a thread called "Australia's Scariest UFO Sightings". http://www.yowiehunters.net/viewtopic.php?f=55&t=6340

Perhaps better to discus there and as you say, stay on the Area 51 invasion topic.

Ill jump over to that thread.

With Moira is hear a bunch of the same sensationalized stories with little evidence. Basically got well known for covering a few. Her presentation is ok though. Just not much "there" there.

There are a couple of things that bend light as well.

Talking about gosford or burkes flat will be off topic in the scariest ufo sighting thread. I feel that should stay dedicated to the podcast episode its about.

Gosford isnt as interesting to me as burkes flat. I think ill do a thread on burkes flat if one doesn't already exist.

As expected, the 'Storm Area 51' event collapsed in a heap with only around 100 people showing up.
