That was an entertaining vid you linked Wolf, worked ok for me.

Here you go, an excellent example/proof of how lawmakers 'slip' things into bills before parliament. It is American but the exact same thing happens here too...

"Senate Majority Leader Bill Frist, who has received $873,000 in contributions from the pharmaceutical industry, has been working to immunize vaccine makers from liability in 4,200 lawsuits that have been filed by the parents of injured children. On five separate occasions, Frist has tried to seal all of the government’s vaccine-related documents — including the Simpsonwood transcripts — and shield Eli Lilly, the developer of thimerosal, from subpoenas. In 2002, the day after Frist quietly slipped a rider known as the “Eli Lilly Protection Act” into a homeland security bill, the company contributed $10,000 to his campaign and bought 5,000 copies of his book on bioterrorism. The measure was repealed by Congress in 2003 — but earlier this year, Frist slipped another provision into an anti-terrorism bill that would deny compensation to children suffering from vaccine-related brain disorders."

BTW, the quote from above comes from the below article on how vaccine/pharma companies don't give a (steamer) about our health and HIDE evidence to avoid lawsuits WHILE CONTINUING TOO SELL LIFE-DAMAGING VACCINES!

What possible harm could drag queens do to anybody? Have you watched the movie "Priscilla Queen of the Desert"?
That movie has a very important lesson in it for all people....
I had a friend who took his own life because of the shame of being gay in the 80's - man I wish he had the opportunity to express himself like they do now. How many other young people have to be shamed into silence - its time we all had an equal voice.

I'd be more afraid of greedy captialism, Trump , Adani mines, housing affordability for our kids, healthcare, Barrier reef destruction, Sydney buses being privatized, ever increasing toll roads in our major cities, youth suicide
do I need to go on!!

Just my opinion. No disrespect intended.

Thats sad about your friend Chris. I knew someone that was waiting for his mother to die before he had the full change. Still trying to be a son of some type, even though he was more of a girl. He sure had a nice rack though. (eek)

We used to drink with the transvestites at the old Greyhound hotel in st kilda. Some of them were truck drivers during the day and the barman was a former golden gloves champion.

At one point the Transvestite review was keeping the place running. I remember the bands would complain that they couldnt play in the big room on those nights and the manager would tell them that they dont draw even a quarter of the punters that the " trannys" did.

I cant say i understand it but i can tell you that i sure look good in a mini skirt! (woot)

So true YB
They are just people trying to live and survive like everyone else. The integration in some of those pubs is quite amazing considering what you would expect. I think cracking a cold beer brings many people together - and even when some people are not crazy about another persons chosen path, they can still find the important middle ground that makes us real people.

I agree - I dont mingle in those circles either but have attended a few outings here and there that have been centric to the culture and it was quite fun - Nothing whatsoever to worry about.

Hey Chris
Yep drinking in pubs can teach us a lot about life. Getting shouted a stale pie by a uniformed police officer while underage drinking in a gay bar( we didnt know it was a gay bar!) and surrounded by all sorts of illegal activities in the pre fitzgerald inquiry Brisbane was a real eye opener.

Even moreso in Melbourne with the more multicultural and open minded communities. The Springvale R.S.L sure is an interesting place! (cries)

Its easy to judge without knowing someones circumstances. I know i cant help it sometimes.

Personally... nothing at all. But I am a fascinated observer of how society is manipulated
ChrisV wrote: What possible harm could drag queens do to anybody?
Nothing at all... to adults. Children, on the other hand do not need to be confused any more about life than they already are. They have no idea about sex or sexuality and neither should they have it forced down their throats.
ChrisV wrote:Have you watched the movie "Priscilla Queen of the Desert"?
That movie has a very important lesson in it for all people....
Mate, my best friend came back from the USA and had 'discovered' during his trip he was bi. He was freaking out thinking I wouldn't be his friend anymore after I found out... which I found insulting to be frank. At no time in our lifelong friendship had I ever ridiculed or attacked in any way gays.
I have had numerous gay friends over the years and hold nothing at all against whatever they choose to do in their own privacy... as long as it brings no harm to others...
Which it DOES do when forced down children's throats way before they are even thinking about sex or sexuality as per the example from California.

ChrisV wrote:I had a friend who took his own life because of the shame of being gay in the 80's - man I wish he had the opportunity to express himself like they do now. How many other young people have to be shamed into silence - its time we all had an equal voice.
And how many have taken their own lives simply because they were confused as a result of the endless 'pushing' of the LGBT agenda kids face today? I agree that times are much better now for those who are truly bi or gay and can be openly so, but the intentional promotion of hedonism to children is wrong whether it be hetro, homo, or whatever-sexual.

None taken Chris.
However I would point out that there is nothing to fear from capitalism. What you see today IS NOT capitalism... it is Fascism, Crony Capitalism, and Corporatism pretending to be capitalism. Under true capitalism housing would be affordable, environmental problems would be fixed, healthcare would be topnotch, infrastructure would be modern and ever-evolving, and youth suicide would drop because everybody would be encouraged to pursue what they enjoyed doing
True Capitalism has only rarely shown itself in our world, and when it does it quickly becomes corrupted BECAUSE of its fairness and equality.

... as to being scared of Trump... just watch, read and listen to the BS the MSM constantly spouts about the man. This shows you who is really afraid of Donald Trump... The Powers That Be.

Why?
Because he is reversing their agenda for total domination and control they have been pursuing for generations.

If your enemy is afraid of someone, you should be supporting that person, not falling for the propaganda the enemy is pushing.

I would be FAR more afraid of what TPTB will do to stop him.

Despite his own party obstructing him at every turn Trump is actively taking apart the corruption brick by brick.

Do you know since he got in there have been over 20 000 pedophiles arrested?

Do you realise the stock market has broken every record in the book since he got in, despite the Bankster's best efforts to derail the growth?

Don't get me wrong, he has done many things I have disagreed with (like falling for the Assad used chemical weapons BS and hitting Syria with Tomahawks), but he is the best chance the world has of stopping armageddon. If it was Hillary we would already be at war with Russia and China (or the war would already be over, leaving survivors in a smoking ruin of a world).

The ONLY reason Hillary is not in jail for her crimes is because she has the dirt on almost every single senator and congressman in Washington. They know if she goes down, so do they.

ChrisV,

I agree with your views regarding drag queens, why shouldn't our kids know about gender identity, I don't want to see it kept in the closet. If taught at the right age and in an appropriate way what harm will it do.

Too many people have lived a miserable life because they felt they couldn't come out, would anybody really pick that lifestyle? People calling you a freak, how horrible! I dont believe they can choose in my opinion!

It would be interesting to see what child psychologists had to say about the psychological ramifications of this on children.

This is about children, not adults' sexual choices!

The times are indeed changing like they have been for centuries but everyone deserves a fair go in life. No one should be discriminated on their choice of life if its not hurting anyone. 99% of people want to live their lives happily without the fear of ridicule and isolation. People who continue with persecution in the name of religion , skin colour or sexuality are NOT contributing anything positive to a life thats already challenging. Why make it harder!

As a responsible parent - my child deserves to learn about all walks of life. The more she knows - the better equipped she will be in the future. The more understanding she will be and will practice empathy which is trying to be removed from our society due to fear etc.
I'd be more than happy to see the current singular secular mindsets of groups today banished to history forever and we learn the true meaning of being progressive and open minded.

We need to teach our kids the FULL PICTURE - not just some jaded one sided view that tells only one opinion. The truth walks slowly but it will be exercised.

I also accept people are entitled to their opinion - but if you can identify fear in all its forms then your one step ahead.

Hi Wolf,

I know most people get up in arms when they hear part of a story regarding sex education and gender groups, but most of the time it seems to be taken out of context and when you have the complete picture it turns out to be nothing.

Surely most teaches or childcare workers deep down want to do the right thing by children, I know you mentioned your mum was a teacher, I would think that as a mother she would have taught children the way she would wanted you taught. I don't doubt some teachers may have skewed views but as ChrisV stated most people want a happy life without dramas.

I would like to know exactly what was being taught to the kids.

Yes, most teachers, etc DO want the 'best' for their kids.
The issue is in the agenda, which is never revealed to them.

They are 'told' or 'trained' by 'the system' that doing things a certain way is 'progressive' and the 'new way' of doing things without stopping to think logically of the likely psychological impacts because they 'trust' the authorities and are not trained in child psychology to begin with.

You want to know what is being taught? Look up 'Common Core' where they literally teach kids today that 2+2 CAN =5.

“Education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils
have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their
lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would
have wished
. . . . Diet, injections, and injunctions will combine, from
a very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of
beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious
criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible.”

Actually, what happens in US politics has GREAT impact on the world.
ChrisV wrote:Unfortunately I am not on the same side of pro Trump supporters on any level. I'm educated enough to know what is going forwards and what is going backwards.
...not 'educated' Chris, 'programmed' by the media bias, outright lies and manipulation to see events how 'they' want you to see them.
ChrisV wrote: I can't be drawn into debating with Republican vs Democrat idealogies.
Chris, Chris, Chris... If you think this is about Republicans vs Democrats you have really fallen for teh MSM brainwashing and lies. Why do you think the Republican party did not contribute a single dime to Trump's campaign?
Why do you think they tried to literally steal the nomination from him like the Democrats did to Bernie Sanders?
Why do you think the Republicans have tried (and largely succeeded) to stop every reform he tries to introduce?
Trump is NOT a 'Republican'. He used the party to get into power because he was wise enough to know that as an independent he had no chance. Republicans and Democrats are two sides of the same coin, both corrupt as hell. Trump is a true outsider and the only chance we have of avoiding the next world war planned to create the 'problem' in the Hegallian Dialect (Problem-Reaction-Sollution) designed to get us all to plead for TPTB to 'save us' by bringing in the NWO Technocratic System of Total Control and No Rights!
ChrisV wrote: I know well enough to stay right out of it but there are some things that cross the line and should never be supported...I think we all know what those are.
Such as? What exactly has Trump done to 'cross the line'?
ChrisV wrote: Sorry but I can't subscribe to political debates....just not my style. (thumb Down)
This is not a political debate, it is an attempt to wake up folks just like yourself to what is really going down. Sadly, the Mainstream media is very powerful with their thought 'programming'.

A fellow asked me recently, "Waddayaknow?"
My reply: "Too damn much, that's the problem!"

I am not blaming you or anyone else for not having the time to research (as I have had over the decades) to gain my knowledge of how the human mind works, propaganda, media, education and history. This knowledge comes at a cost. The Matrix 'red pill' analogy is an apt one... once you take it you cannot 'untake' it.

I think that by participating in this topic we are debating politics. Political Debate :) I am not a big fan of any politics, but it is painfully clear that Trump has a massive Nationalistic Streak. That is Good. It is all for the US, and if you do some study, you will see that the Trump wealth has shrunk since getting the top job. He is not doing it all for himself, like so many other political people just do it for selfish, narcissistic motives.
Wolf, When was Australias last Nationalistic Minded Prime Minister? I don't think I have seen one in my lifetime.

You haven't.
Probably the closest we came to having one was old Joe BjeikePetersen.

Australia has been a willing slave to the globalist order since Billy Hughes.

More on the child abuse of 'transgenderism'...

“Indoctrinating preschool kids with the lie that you can be trapped in the wrong body … disrupt(s) their normal reality testing and cognitive development,” The President of the American College of Pediatricians, Dr. Michelle Cretella explained. “Those things are abusive.”

From: https://www.naturalnews.com/2017-10-19- ... by-pe.html

"She also believes that schools should stop promoting gender ideology.

Not surprisingly, the push to disregard biology and let children choose their sex is largely driven by pharmaceutical companies, who stand to gain quite a lot from the sterilization, castration, drugs, and lifetime of medical treatment such individuals will need.

Dr. Cretella also addressed studies that appear to show support for encouraging this behavior. She said she is only aware of two studies that allegedly affirm a child’s gender confusion is somehow good for them, and she promptly refuted both of them.

She pointed out that the studies were quite small and short-term. In addition, the “mentally healthy children” used as the control group were often the siblings of the child identifying as trans, which is hardly an objective control group. Furthermore, it was the parents who evaluated the mental health of the children. She said you don’t need a medical degree to know that these studies are hardly scientific...

...Although the movement to affirm transition claims that it is helping children, it seems to have the opposite effect and is really little more than mass experimentation on children who Dr. Cretella says have a psychological condition that normally resolves after puberty."

There is a steady move towards equality in all areas of society and that is a good thing. Statistically, same sex couples represent about 3 percent of couple relationships in Australia. (Give or take (excuse the pun))

The bible was written in a time when the populations were much smaller and there was a heavy emphasis on man and woman having children and those children being raised in the family unit consisting of mum and dad. So our race keeps moving forward. It was necessary, and traditional marriage reflected this need and was idealised and made the norm. That need for population explosion no longer exists. The bible and its views and positions are a reflection of the times it was written in. Times have changed and our planet is now overpopulated.

Some churches will uphold their antiquated views and use discretion to refuse to marry same sex couples or acknowledge their union as valid before God. Who cares? It just means garden weddings will be on the rise, along with courthouse marriages.

As for the way it is taught in the education system, again, teaching acceptance and equality is far better than teaching non acceptance which as we all know, in the past, has led to bullying, ostracism, violence, and increased suicide rates in the gay and lesbian community.

My only concern is the initial violence which may erupt from religious extremists (Muslim and Christian alike) if a same sex marriage law is passed.
GOD jugment will come upon australia if we do not vote NO AND you will stand before him and he will say i never knew you

banks...If God is love, then allowing equality for EVERYONE would be the most loving thing you could do.

How dare you speak on behalf of the Almighty, seriously! >:( Hate is Satan's thing (if you believe that) so go stand in HIS corner with your fearmongering hate speech.
