Hi everyone.
Long time lurker, first time poster.
I just went to Strickland State Forest in hopes of getting a sighting. Didn't see anything but took a couple of pics of some little structures that looked different. Anyone got any advice at all on how to increase chances of a sighting? Or is patience the best way?

Don't think that your going to go out and see them straight away. Everyone knows you don't get evidence or sightings every time you go out. I maybe get 1 or possibly 2 interesting finds, 1 research trip out of 10. Best thing to do is research the history of areas you want to research in, set up some sound recorders and then listen to what's lurking around there at night. Then after all that you may have a better chance of catching a glimpse of one of coming across some good signs of them. I always research near water, mainly because Auatralia is so dry in places and who'd live in a dust bowl? So research areas near water because that's where I've had my best results.
