Were they any Yowie bodies found during or after the fires?

To be fair, Thumper is probably 90% serious and it's plausible.

Who would know or tell if bodies were found? I think you need to probably chat with Sparks and Wildlife/rangers/fireys etc over the different national parks. You're unlikely to get a solid answer, but if you fine-tune your approach and keep trying you might get something. For example eg you could ask if any people were found or any large mammals. You might get lucky... Good luck!

Have not heard any stories or rumours about Yowie bodies found dead after fires. It they were found it would be hushed up real quick.

That's in America mate and the Yanks tend to imbelish their stories.

I believe they have travelled to places where there was no fire...like grose vale, blue mountains, sunny corner, Bowen mountain didn’t burn, nor some other areas. I’m in the Hawkesbury, I’ll be looking around these areas. I found a cave with charcoal peices gathered in there with a sketch of Baiami there. It’s not old and looks odd and crude with just 3 lines. There’s some random rocks from out of the cave that’s gathered there too

I wonder if they are adapted to going underground in that event. But at the same time I believe they hate fire or in their Lore they are not allowed to work with it. There is area thats not burnt(barralow creek-blue mountains, sunny corner, south of blue mountains etc. wonder if there was designated areas
