AYR kit

Unread post by paulk44 »

Please can you share the details of the thermal camera system you are using? Would fund raising for another be useful?
Have you yet devised a way of triggering a thermal system that won't scare the yowie sightings off?

Price range between 3,200 to 4,200 depending which AU site you look at.

Beats the FLIR on all levels. Has WiFi. 5 or 6 colour gain settings. Red and Blue are to be avoided.

If anyone needs one - we seem to have a relationship with a supplier because we bought 4 units.

We have been back twice during the day.

Left a Rune symbol, such was left for us. With gifts.

We also played with what they left. Kept it interesting.

So - let’s see.

I’ll also note, on the night and the specific time of the recording, we were deliberately playing loud’ish music.

The experiment proved one thing. Everyone loves the 80’s.

If not for thermal, we wouldn’t have known they were there. What they were doing, seemed to be their thing. They didn’t look like they were paying any attention to us.

They obviously knew humans were there. In the hot colour, you can see the other one had its back to the guy picking something up. He was keeping a visual on theirs backs. Probably because of the human factor that night.
