It's the dead of winter. The yowies are hibernating, and so are we. No biggie. (thumb)

Hey folks

My condolences for your COLD weather down south, but up here in DarwinLand its a nice 29 degrees..perfect Yowie weather, in fact will be heading out this weekend ...packing some bacon..snags...trail cams etc.

( that explains why ive seen so many yowies on Jetstar flights coming up from melbourne and sydney lately...yeah escaping the winter... and you guys thought they hibernated.)

cheers

29 deg eh.

Snowed only a few hours drive south of the gold coast last week , I dont blame them flying north to be honest.

Looks like we might have a short winter looking at forecasts (Fingers crossed)

Yes, but it doesn't last long... Couple more months and the silly season will be upon you once again... (sweat drop) (cheers) (taz)

Hi Folks,

Everything is alive - believe me.....

This site is the next one on our list. Many new reports to come. Finishing up on a few other sites right now, and we will be back on track.

Writing reports? Not much of a reader myself - would prefer to listen to them. Your thoughts??? Takes a little more time to edit and record than type, however listening to an account from the Horses mouth to me, has far more weight than reading words.

Plenty going on and we are still out there - just don't feel the need to announce what we're doing 24/7, due to schedules.

Hoping once obligations are met on other sites and matters, it won't be too long until the volumes of info on this site is updated - geeesh.... it's been a while.

Working closely and quietly with Joe at Oakey now (due to new action and reports this year), and we have Cam deployments out towards Esk happening soon. I'm sure Joe will keep you posted on those ones - including pics.

Again, sorry for the lack of input as of late, however it is Winter and we are all busy in many ways. Having said that, big things will happen very soon.

Lissa has put up a few new reads in the report pages for now....
