I was looking at Paul Clacher's big cat site recently and realised that I'd seen a print similar to his mystery print (http://uqconnect.net/~zzpclach/footprints.htm) at one of my research sites last year, which I sent him (a copy is below):
Today I was finally moving some pics from a visit last month from my camera onto my computer and realised that some were similar again:
In this last one it looks like claws were used to try and stop sliding in mud.
My knife is about 9cm from brass end to brass end.
Any thoughts?

Re: New Prints
Few more pics from that day.
In several locations we found small sticks stuck into the path: And found a couple of different scats - the one's I cut open seemed to be made up largely of hair: Still no thoughts from anyone?

Re: New Prints
The top print looks like the "gloved hand" like yowie print that cropper and healy purchased off the darwin museum staff who cast it at the location of a yowie report.
The scat with the bone looks catttyy.
