Sky watch programs you can do yourself

Unread post by Ray Doherty »

It has been a long time since I have written on this subject it has been close to me for over 25 years. Once, I helped to form a research group that existed in Brisbane for 7 years during the 90's. Whilst all of us have gone our separate ways I wanted to share with you the work a friend of mine is doing with his own Sky watch program from his house in Brisbane's Southern Suburbs

Brisbane, like several cities around Australia, has been a central point, a hot bed if you will, of activity in the South East corner of Queensland, from the Sunshine Coast down to Northern NSW and out as far as Toowoomba. In fact, I will share with you a secret, the biggest activity is further out west, the further you go, the better the sightings and reports get. We had many encounters with UFO's, sightings and other events of 20 years in this region, but now, my friend Steve, is closer than ever before in showing people exactly what goes on in the skies over Brisbane at night

This is not the first time he has done this but now he has never been more sophisticated. Using devices such as long range night vision, 35mm flir and long rang active infra red, all hooked up to multiple hard drives. Steve has been slowly documenting hours upon hours of footage from Satellites, International Space Station, the former space shuttle, airline traffic and of course the items he cannot explain. I have seen much of the footage and the analysis he is putting together is compelling as patterns of flight, or controlled behavior become evident. After 15 minutes it is clear what is what.

Watching as what we perceive to be satellites flying thru space, suddenly doing a 90 degree right or left angle, changing direction rapidly, watching one satellite being met by other from different directions and coming to a stop, even at times seems to be dancing around each other in a form of drill is amazing to watch. The evidence of these videos is that these objects are intelligently controlled

The primary point of this thread is to let you know that (A) even though research has been quite in this country work is currently being done and (B) not all satellites are satellites - sometimes the truth you seek is right in front of you. Steve is hopeful of having enough quality footage by the middle of 2012 to start posting on you-tube, the editing is time consuming

The third point is wish to make is alot of cryptoid hunters have alot of the same equipment which can be modified for the same purpose, you can undertake these programs yourself .

As my old grand dad used to say, if you look at the sky long enough you will surprised what you find.

Wow raymond68, I really hope your friend decides to share his work, would love to see his material and the techniques he has employed first hand..... Please encourage him to share it online... sounds like he is doing great work.

There is a researcher in Sydney who I have been following and he has been employing the relatively simple approach of filming the daylight skies in nightshot and has picked up a few interesting anomalies here and there. http://www.youtube.com/user/colourufo?feature=g-u

thanks guys, and for the link I will check it out. Yes my friend Steve is playing the long game on this one trying to get as much quality evidence as he can. He is in no rush. If you use an infra red or even night vision even in still a half lite part of your town you can see alot more in the sky, amazing start etc, however dont be surprised when one drops down and take off which we have witnessed.

Although this really needs more in depth study it seems that when you go into a different spectrum of viewing they (UFO's) are everywhere up there, looks like a freeway on a Friday afternoon and I am not overstating it. The question that really needs answering is who do they belong to, Military or Alien?

This is why it is critical that we have evidence like this to remove speculation with fact! I dont believe it will be too much longer before the truth is revealed - they cant keep it a secret forever

Very interested in seeing what your friend has captured raymond68

This is probably being done already but, have you or your friend thought about recruiting other likeminded people so you end up with a grid of networked cams across the state? I’ve seen this done successfully for tracking and finding meteorites and thought it would be perfect for tracking unexplained things in the sky as well.

Anyway, just a thought.. and hello to all it's been a long time

Hi Strange

My apologies for the lengthy period between answers and i will give you the run down on this as best we can.

Once upon a time Steve and I had a vision for building a research organisation, I suppose like SETI but from a more hands on grass roots (field research) level rather than sitting in front of radio telescopes (which would be cool) We had, at one time, an organisation of maybe 10 key personnel, researchers etc and about a steady membership of around 150 people. The problem is (A) no one stays the course long enough to ensure the survival of the group (B) when your co founders start ripping people off (C) and pocketing the organisations money - s#@t happens. So Steve and i scaled it back to just us two.

We would love to recommence full scale field work and build a network and pour money into it, the problem is finding those committed to the path, if you will, that we can count on and trust. People that wont be corrupted, using a group as an front for some personal big noting agenda. I think you get my point. Pity, we as a group of researcher had some tremendous experiences

We would really love to do it or be part of it but time, money and co-researchers are a little bit of a problem and researchers with a certain other group are problematic.

The body of work out there these days have been so corrupted with fakes that we are waiting to build up a bank of new work before going back to it publicly. We would love to meet and work with other independent researchers for sure.
but finding kindred spirits is not easy these days

Cheers

Hi raymond68

I know exactly where you’re coming from Mate. In the past I was more actively involved but found some individual’s to be.. well, not on the same planet as everybody else. These days I like to keep my feet on the ground, so I keep my distance from such groups and stay totally independent with my interest in the subject.

With the right people working together I think this would be a great project to be involved in, but unfortunately as you say, finding likeminded individuals’ who you can trust, is easier said than done.

Cheers
