One problem I see If I read this right... I don't really understand the anti-circumvention or “Vigilante” Provisions but the latter seems applicable to a public forum where there is user-generated content. Say I post here with a screen capture I 'stole' off google maps and google maps complains then the whole site can be blacklisted. Is that right?
