Poop

This is kind of gross, but today at work I found some poop the size of dog poo, but it's full of hair and bones.

My workplace is surrounded by dense bushland in the Blue Mountains, and we've had many wallabies killed and their half eaten carcasses left on pathways. The site is fenced so dogs couldn't get in, so the only things that can get in are wallabies and anything else able to jump/climb the fences.

I've long suspected that there may be Panthers or something similar out there doing this, but no sightings.

I've seen posts on this forum relating to people finding poop/scat and sending it somewhere to get identified or tested to see what type of animal it came from. Could somebody tell me where I could send it to get identified?

It may just be nothing, but based on the size of it and its components, it's definitely a large carnivore and it's unlike any dog poo I've seen before. Im curious as to what it could be.

If you work at a big wholesale nursery,....similar stories were mentioned years ago when I was a newb.(back then I was a moderator here, and now I cant even edit my own posts??go figure?)
Anyway, I did some bushwalks nearby, and set some trail cameras, but i only got wallaby pics and lyrebirds.I am aware of a family who lives in a valley nearby,.... away from town and lights, who have not mentioned big cats.I was also made aware of security guards who "might" have shot a wallaby, which was then predated on by feral cats/dogs/ quolls or eagles. The wallabies are not a friend of the Nursery management.
BUT, some kids did see a large black cat cross a bushtrack in the near area back then.
IF that is the area you speak of.?

I personally think the security guard shooting a tresspassing wallaby is quite likely.
BUT, this is just my personal opinion.
