Just 2 cents as I'm not a photo expert....

Thanks for having a look Thumper. Yep im obviously no photo expert and cant gauge that tree size as its so far back. I thought the same thing originally.

The main reason i have persisted with this image other than the fact that it looks like it could be something is because the tree the thing is behind or on is obscured by the tree in the foreground and not fully seen. Also i have no problem with it being one foot tall.

Don't get me wrong I admire persistence, so keep it up.
But now you've got me curious why you don't have a problem with it being so small?
You figure we have some tiny undiscovered monkeys or people running around?

Unfortunately theres not much more i can do to back the pic up other than possibly finding the tree a year later after it was taken. At least others are seeing some kind of face , paredoilia or otherwise, which is a relief!

Yes Thumper, im open to the existence of the smaller yowie types. At first i admit i had a chuckle at the stories of the 1foot tall kuritjah and few reports of a tiny or littlest yowie but now i think its plausible there would be smaller types we are oblivious to.

Also the stories and sizes of junjarri and junjudee vary and who knows how big a juvenile is or even a juvenile yowie and how many types there are.

This may sound insane but its logical to me that smaller types would be able to hide their presence easier than the big ones.

I understand if anyone is laughing their heads off at the thought of it and so did i but yeah i think they could be a real thing! (detective)

I will add that a tiny yowie with stealth ability, infrasound and incredible speed is not going to be seen very often by humans..if at all!

No, please don't, I have heard of the Junjadee, but not much smaller beings, so I'm keen to know more, as I've not heard anything about such creatures. Are you able to share a page link to that Frank Povah story you mentioned? Isn't he the linguist chap who had a column in the paper about word usage and origins, Aussie slang and so on?

Hi Shazz. Its in the historical articles section on ayr main board. 1990 Aboriginal legends with Frank Povah and 2001 Aboriginal legends - The Watan Goori. There are other references but i cant remember which and others that seemed to have dissapeared from google?

I think forum members rev Baz and Frank on forum discuss them as well.

Yeah it sure is. I just read it all again. Apparently "kuritjah" is also the name for the seed of the banksia tree and the story is also explaining how that came to be.

Great new ayr audio up on youtube. An excellent encounter with a junjurri or junjudee in redbank qld which may interest you Shazz!

Its funny. Im even more convinced this is something now . Im sure theres movement there like a quick lookaway but maybe im imagining things. I shall move on though as its not healthy to ponder these things and im no expert ..obviously!

I did take a pic of this yowie or guy ( in a ghilly suit?)standing on a clearing quite some distance away. It was just too far away to be 100%. I took this pic to be sure but now im even doubting that as it just looks like it could be anything from the pic which is all i have to go by now.

You cant even tell its on a clearing from the photo but obvious it was with the naked eye.

Is it possible to be a victim of both visual and photographic paeredoilia? I couldnt see it when i took the pic and just lined it up between some trees where i knew it was and found it again later. Same image just not clear enough. I watched it again after taking the pic as well. Weird? Great image either way!

Heres a few more gifs and stills i find interesting. If anyone could identify the things in the gifs it would be much appreciated. The one with the red arrows is probably nothing. Hardly anyone ive shown can see what i see in there.

I've increased the contrast a bit and dropped a big red circle where the face is.

Image

I can definitely see a brow ridge, nose, and muzzle/mouth.
..people don't tend to notice him standing there in the last frames..

As for the Junjadee Shazz, I've had a few encounters with them around the Redland Bay area a ways back. I posted about them on the forum but they've probably been buried now.

Hi Deadpool. I read your junjudee thread again a few weeks ago. Its a good one and well worth reading if anyone interested. Think i found it by searching for junjudee or littlest yowies.

Great work with that gif. Thanks! (thumb up)

This is the clearest shots out of 27 which were mostly fuzzed out. The image still kept its form but these are best. I think it looks like a yowie face in a few shots and seems to change expression.

A few people have seen a bird on top which makes me think stump paeredoilia but i dunno. Interested to hear any comments. I took this shot as i thought i was being stalked by someone..
