As I have said this is a very sensitive topic but come on we have had five years of a police investigation and still nothing. I'm sure there are more people who had this idea in the back of their minds but have chosen to stay silent for obvious reasons.
There was some information that I had read about Yowie that I decided to exclude because of sensitivities but if true it adds an extra dimension to the whole theory of abduction.
Does this statement not ring an alarm knowing what happens when a Yowie or Bigfoot makes an appearance in the bush.
William Tyrrell’s foster mother has told a coroner she immediately thought “someone has taken him” when the NSW town of Kendall fell quiet and the three-year-old boy vanished without a trace.
“I couldn’t hear a thing. It was silent. There was no wind. There were no birds,” the woman said in Sydney on Tuesday at an inquest into William’s disappearance and suspected death in September 2014.
Are you trying to suggest that a Yowie has never been responsible for abduction or even the killing of a human being because I don't believe that?
I would never have brought this topic up but it has reappeared on mainstream media and the way this investigation is going it may never be solved. I do believe every scenario should be looked into and even though we are dealing with a mythical creature that most people would dismiss as pure fantasy and none existent we on the forum should know that it would be unwise to dismiss such a theory. I am not interested in what a coronial inquiry or any other interpretation of what happened is put forward only when they have the culprit in custody will I accept we may have closure.
Hi Senses. I dont know if yowies take people or not. Its said the Aboriginals had their troubles with them but no one listens to them or any Indigenous people for that matter anyway which is a shame.
What I do know from experience is that they could easily take out a human if they want without anyone knowing.
I dont care how tough or fast someone is or what a great hunter they are because they would not have a chance in hell if a hairy wanted to take them out.
Maybe getting yourself quickly into a more public area could deter it but what about the preciding moments before they saw it?
There are hundreds or thousands of encounters and they all lived to tell the tale so i dunno? Thats a lot of let offs.
What i also know from experience is what its like to have a very public death/tragedy in the family and how upsetting it is to have people constantly bring it up as if its just some interesting conversation piece.
Now I know im just as bad as anyone else ( just look at the "do yowies kill people?" thread !) but i just think its off colour to talk about this.
Of course anyone can say what they want on here to a certain extent and it is Deans forum so yeah whatever as they say!
I do think Paul Mcleods idea of signage is excellent but like most things that may affect the economy or millionaires deep deep pockets, its just not gonna happen!
