Introducing myself

Unread post by AmericanYowie »

Hello. I am Henry, and I have a longtime interest in the American Sasquatch. But, I am also fascinated with hairy bipeds in other countries, and the Yowie is certainly one of the more interesting ones, mainly because it goes back further in history than even our American Sasquatch. I am currently reading the book by Paul Cropper and Tony Healy, and it is quite fascinating what I have read so far. This looks like a great forum to discuss the Yowie or Sasquatch or any other cryptid on. Thanks for establishing this forum, and I hope to be around for a long time.

Welcome aboard, Henry. This is a great forum, a little out of my geographic area, but still a great forum.

Its nice to have another North American around, I don't feel so alone now, surrounded by all these Australians! :P :D

Thank you for the warm welcome. I had a sighting of a Sasquatch in 1998, a large, dirty-white creatures, about 7 1/2-8 feet tall. It crossed the highway in front of me, stopped in a ditch and never looked at me. It crossed the road at 150 yards from me, then stood in a ditch and never looked at me. It was large, muscular and massive. Huge muscles in its back too. I enjoy reading about the Yowie and Paul Cropper and Tony Healy's book is quite well-done so far. I have heard that Aussies were friendly, and this site proves it. G'day to all who post here, mates. Hope to be around much more.

hey there, welcome to the forum!
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here.
