I'd like to apologise to anyone on this forum that I've hurt or embarrassed with my comments .
For me , the last 10 years has been an extremely exhausting and frustrating experience and the time has come to step away from the fire .
I hope I've contributed something that you found of value or that has helped you .
Although it's all still fascinating , there are more important things in life .
Please be careful and good luck !
An apology

Re: An apology
Hi Rusty
I am not sure why or whom you are apologising to, but I am sure you have your reasons for doing so, it does become a passion for some people. This subject among many others can make the sane go insane literally and in my opinion the truth goes deeper than this subject alone.
It is healthy to step away from this phenomenon from time to time to get ones bearings on the subject matter and from what you have said above I am sure you understand this, hence forth your comments.
I wish you the best of luck for any future endeavors. Your comment "there are more important things in life" is a good one.
Take care,
Regards

Re: An apology
Hi Rusty2, Thanks for presenting your research. I’ve learnt a lot from you over the while,
especially the audio recording you were doing. Pushing to extract the most out of the technology
that was available and the best I’ve heard when explaining things on location.
Good luck with something new.

Re: An apology
Sorry to hear you are leaving Rusty2 and you are correct there are more important things in life.
I know I have been overzealous in my approach to this subject to the point it may have been detrimental to my health as I have revealed elements that do not want to be exposed.
All the best for your further endeavours.

Re: An apology
Rusty, sorry to hear you are leaving. You were always one willing to provide advice and share your research/ideas, especially to those of us with limited experience. I believe, you earned respect from everyone, even those who may have disagreed with you. You definitely helped me early on and I learnt a lot from your posts/info.
Hoping at some stage you may visit this site and again provide that wisdom we are all accustomed to. Stay safe and good luck.

Re: An apology
Hi Rusty , absolutely no need to apologize, i think i know how you feel , ive been doing my own research for about 10 + years , although not to the same extent as you , and there came a time when i found i was continually doing the same things and getting the same results ,you get a form of burnout , with what i have found i am 100% positive that they are there , and with Covid i was unable to get to my area due to quarantining and i sort of lost the urge to go out , i now find myself going after the elusive panthers in different areas . Who knows one day i might start looking again but if i dont i know that there are panthers waiting for me to take a pic of them
Good luck with all your future endeavors
Cheers Greg
