Strickland state forest.
I recently have been researching Strickland State Forest. Last weekend I found this footprint. Equal in length of a size 10 human foot.

I've seen footprints on the Strickland walking track with the rope bridge, down the bottom of the park. It's a very muddy track and I thought it was strange that someone was barefoot. I can't reference the size but it was adult human size.

Hey mate great find
There is always the chance of it being man made but from your videos up there there i highly doubt someone would be down there walking barefoot
Also it looks a bit odd shaped
Hopefully you get some more evidence in this area soon good work mate
Cheers

I can attest to that, I have found two prints in the same area makes you wonder who walks around barefoot especially with the leeches and so forth.Acres wrote: Mon Apr 04, 2022 7:53 pm I've seen footprints on the Strickland walking track with the rope bridge, down the bottom of the park. There is a creek there but its not ideal for swimming I wouldnt think.

Re: Strickland state forest.
I did some walks there in September 2020 after listening to the report here of a sighting some time before (Report #162 www.youtube.com/watch?v=kAwe44rvK-I ). Took some nice photos. I kept my eyes out without looking too closely (I was leading some Unbelievers) and didn't notice anything. I was thinking of going back there myself for another (closer) look sometime.

I'm planning on doing an overnight there. Park car outside of the gate and hike in and stay there during the night at a spot I found and see what comes along.
