Re: Blue mountains trip
I went on an impromptu trip up to katoomba for the winter magic thingie last weekend, got there too late knocked back some dinner and went out to tablelands road just for a quick sortie. My god it is creepy along there, well that's what the gf thought as she freaked right out and made me turn the car around when we hit the pines after the hospital. I thought it was eery but very beautiful, would've liked to check it out more

Re: Blue mountains trip
the hospital is only the beginning of the creepy part. if you turned back at the pines, you didn't get to the good part. another 15, 20 minutes further to drive. gets a little bumpy.
dont take the gf next time, and on week nights, no one around(especially in the cold months) when you get to the end, just park and listen with all the windows down. just my opinion.
