Sticky, those photos have taken me on a ride through your life's adventures. That one of you dressed as a punk ROCKS!Thanks for sharing! I love to know all about people, their plights, ups and downs and what leads them to where they're going. It's an understanding of the beast, if I may put it that way.

I had no idea that you were a fellow photoshopper! You've just inspired a brilliant idea. How about we kick off a section on the forum for artwork. That way members can share their images and others can comment and gasp in awe at the talent that we have floating around in here.

...thanks for the kind words regarding my photos that I've posted... I thought that people would probably find them a tad bit boring... I put them up because I'm not usually one to let people know much about myself but when I posted the original photo of my uncle holding me as a baby some friends told me that it was quite a moving picture... and when people asked me what I looked like TODAY... the devil in me decided to tease and make them want to REALLY see me as I am today... so here goes... this is my... "what you looking at Willis!" look...

You made an interesting point about Steve removing his post, but he remove didn't until I made a comment about it. His good sense needed prodding. A very diplomatic comment from you though.

...by the way... in that last photo that I posted of myself... that thing in the frame above the chair behind me is not a dead rat in the frame... it's my ponytail in a plat that got cut off in the "World's Greatest Shave" for the kids with Cancer ... $1800 got raised by the people at my workplace to get me to cut it off believe it or not!... (I didn't realise everybody hated the "old fart trying to look groovy" look!)... yeah Cass I've revealed more of myself than I normally would allow people to know of myself... don't know why really... maybe I'll just keep a lower profile now eh???...

...lol YL1... thanks mate... I'm young in heart and mind... my wife always tells people that I'm 55 going on 15!!!!!... and that I'm into my 3rd childhood!!!!... (she's right you know... I am!)... and regarding Steve's mind needing prodding... he can put it down to a learning curve in the lesson of life!... ... well this time around I've decided to go towards some great masters works and totally wreck them!!... it seemed like the right thing to do somehow... so here goes... firstly... Yowielover1... I said that I was doing one of you... it's actually taken me about 5 times longer than all the other ones to do... but your worth it mate... has anyone ever been to the Galleria dell' Accademia in Florence, Italy to see Michaelangelo's statue of "David" ?... no???... me niether!!... but across the road and two buildings to the left stands Michaelangelo's lesser known statue of "Yowielover1" ... that's right!!!... "Yowielover1" !!!!! as a matter of fact... here's a picture of it!!!!...



... secondly... the instant that I saw Seeker's Avatar... (the one with Steve Irwin)... this image below came straight to my mind!!!... it is by Rembrandt ... I nearly put a speaking bubble next to it with the words... "gee Dean... I can see your house from way up here mate" !!!... but decided to leave it as it is...



... thirdly... the next painting is by Caravaggio it WAS called "David with the head of Goliath" ... but me being me... I've changed it to... "Deadpool with the head of Chewy" ...



... and last but not least of course... Mikka... I know that being out in the scrub for a couple of days on a Yowie hunt must be gruelling... and probably the only thought in your head all that time was... "Man!... ...lol I stumbled across it looking for a photo of Michaelangelo's David statue on the "Google Images" website to do Yowielover1's pic that I did... it was probably on page 23 or something like that ... probably because the statue of David is a nude guy too???... when I saw that picture... it cracked me up... so I used it on Mikka... (he's going to hunt me down and murder me in my sleep... I can feel it in my water)...

... here's one of Stormfreak... it's not very good but his Avatar isn't very big or very clear at all... (hence a good reason for people to post some better pics of themselves)... so I had to Corel Paint parts of it to make it match... (I hope I shaped his nose properly)... I've called this one... "Stormfreak you drinking legend" ... it's the best I could do with this one I'm afraid...



... this next one I did for Joe... when I first saw him he reminded me of Hugh Jackman... then of Indiana Jones...so this is the result...it's called "Indiana Joe THE Raider of the Lost Ark" ...

... thanks Cass... the Indiana Joe one was pretty tricky to do but I learned a fair lot from Photoshop trying to acheive that image... but it was fun to do... I'm still only using Photoshop 7 at the moment too... I may buy myself the newest version at Xmas... in the meantime I'll just have to drool about yours until then ...
