This is a serious Police matter, and you can rest assured, aside from the land searches of the area, door knocks, and appeals to the public for information, there would still be police detectives working on this case and I'm sure they have their prime suspects.

It also seems to be other members here hypothesis as well it seems, no doubt it is a serious police matter, which is why I find the Yowie theory just utterly stupid and disrespectful for those involved.

There was some information that I had read about Yowie that I decided to exclude because of sensitivities but if true it adds an extra dimension to the whole theory of abduction.
Does this statement not ring an alarm knowing what happens when a Yowie or Bigfoot makes an appearance in the bush.

Are you trying to suggest that a Yowie has never been responsible for abduction or even the killing of a human being because I don't believe that?
I would never have brought this topic up but it has reappeared on mainstream media and the way this investigation is going it may never be solved. I do believe every scenario should be looked into and even though we are dealing with a mythical creature that most people would dismiss as pure fantasy and none existent we on the forum should know that it would be unwise to dismiss such a theory. I am not interested in what a coronial inquiry or any other interpretation of what happened is put forward only when they have the culprit in custody will I accept we may have closure.

Yeah i reckon listen to your Aboriginal mates. Theyve had thousands of years experience here when us Euros have only a few hundred.

A mate and i had a full on encounter in the 1980s. It gave us a real scare but in retrospact i think we maybe deserved it?

There is a report on the Ayr main site in Qld section and is the only Fraser Island encounter. It is also on Crypto Ptsd on youtube under "creature attacks kids". Unfortunately i was very nervous and didnt tell it very well but Dustin was very cool to talk to!

Yeah that fella was a good witness and gave a great description. Did you see the comment on that video by Frank Brunt -Sinapati? Sounds like that particular hairy could be well known in the area.

Meant to say before that yes that is an excellent picture by Buck. Not exactly what i saw but im sure they are all different from the witness reports.

Theres some great descriptions in the Healy/Cropper Australian Yowie book from Aboriginal blokes and white folks too. Its a good read!

Hey also i went up behind the tip at Numinbah Chester Rd, 1 of the the tracks has red & black danger tape all over the fence due to live firing of what i wonder.
