AL! I watched a video of an older man recount a similar event as yours! He said he had been checking/marking his property to monitor a rising creek (I think, it's been a while.) He said he went out to check the markers during a torrential rainfall during nighttime and almost fell off the top edge into the ravine BUT he was CAUGHT by a Sasquatch who returned him to stable ground. I believe he said it was almost like being handled like a child, easy for the Sas to grab him, pick him up and get him to safe ground! I think I saw that a year or two ago-he was relating his experience at a Bigfoot convention. Interesting, yes?

Senses/Yowie-No, I don't think it was a dogman-I do think Sasquatch-I had the house slapped, the strange loud commotion sounds from attic (roof???), my motion sensor for my front light had been removed. These seem to be classic Sasquatch encounters. I had found a snippet of the Sierra Sounds that sounded very much like the 'two dog fighting' sounds I heard in the back yard. I should locate that specific time stamp on the recording for you. It was a upsetting to me to hear something so similar. It is true that I was living in the same state and near the area of dogman sighting reports. (Dogman-it was surprising to me to hear about that critter, but I cannot dismiss its existence. I don't think they are as common as Sasquatch, though.)

Senses-I don't know what it is people are seeing-some describe more of a Sasquatch type with a protruding face, some describe a definite wolf being. There seems to be different types of Sasquatch/Yowies all over the globe. Best I can tell is dogmen are more aggressive and more frightening to behold than Sasquatch.

Very interesting to me that most of you decided to go out and look for Yowies after your encounters! After my bizarre event I can't go out into darkness anymore. I think it would take a big group of people to get me to feel comfortable and lots of light. For me its a huge loss-after a lifetime of running around at night. It truly freaked me out-I've never felt such weird, repellent terror. I honestly don't think he/she meant to terrorize me but it really felt like I was a magnet repelling instead of attracting.
