Could be a bear but I believe the ears are too pointed to be a black bear. I know black bears carry cubs on their back when crossing streams but this creature has an entity on its shoulder. And in another similar video, Scott said this Dogman was literally four foot away from him and could have grabbed him if it so desired. (scared) Probably need more of the body outline to make a positive ID.

The Sykes study was a disgraceful sham, although I don't know what his dissembling motivation could have been. Several different DNA samples already Lab tested and proven by several genetics labs in America were submitted to, but results denied by, the Sykes project. Duh?! If he was bought off then he acted as a complicit shill for the Government interests of denial. I have no other explanation but would like to hear one if someone can offer it.

As for the Dogman DNA I mentioned, the unnamed researcher I referred to publically but quietly disclosed a couple of years ago that Dogman DNA testing had been concluded but would not discuss the results until a later date when a separate Lab could support the findings; which findings were said to be nothing short of bizarre, at least in terms of genetics. Due to the controversial nature of that study it was felt that any form of public disclosure could prove even more uncomfortable and disastrous for the participants than the Ketchum Sasquatch DNA project was for those involved.

Keep in mind that after her study was published Dr. Ketchum was pretty much run out of town on a rail and black listed by any number of important professional organizations in which she held the highest of long standing honors. They did everything they could to ruin her, both financially and professionally, and very nearly succeeded. In case you haven't done so already, you might spend a few moments reviewing her absolutely astounding multi-page CV posted on her website, attesting to the fact that she is one capable and utterly professional scientific researcher. Among many other things, she also holds scientific patents on gene sorting technologies.

Whether the Dogman DNA study will be published any time soon is anyone's guess. Nonetheless, North America and Europe have each had a longstanding tradition and sightings record going back into medieval times.

I have not personally seen a Dogman but they have been reported several times over the past forty years within 20 miles of my present location in Central Ontario, Canada. Nor, by the way, do I wish to see one.

Hi Dudlow,
Those Dogman DNA results must have been explosive and I doubt if they will ever be released we are totally treated like mushrooms kept in the dark and fed B/S by academia. Their usual response is to decry and deny especially in the case of Dr Melba Ketchum whose treatment by fellow academics was absolutely reprehensible, to say the least. Anything that is a first or unable to be proven (by them) the response is put a lid on it or suffer the inexcusable treatment dished out to Dr Ketchum. :-x

Agreed, sensesonfire, but I always try to find the silver lining in the cloud and, if there is one, maybe this is it: Given the extensive North America-wide mild hysteria concerning all things Bigfoot related, mostly promoted by TV shows, movies and social media, combined with the number of American gun-totin' whackos traipsing around the woods, just dying to bag that million dollar body, maybe the Big Guy is that much safer as long as the powers that be officially deny his existence.

But there is one factor, pointed out by professional Biologists here in North America, that increasingly aggravates our coexistence with them. These days, unlike any time in the past, the population of deer and other tasty ungulates is ten times greater than ever before, due to crop yields - especially corn and grains - and the ever increasing land mass under cultivation over the past hundred years; meaning the dinner plate for the Big Guy is that much larger. And we all know that there is no void in nature. So, when the food supply increases the entire living ecosystem commensurately increases. This is likely what has happened to the Sasquatch population and what is leading to more and more mutual encroachment as both of our species expand further into each other's territories. Never a dull moment, eh?

Holy sh1t, this is an interesting one:
http://sasquatchgenomeproject.org/sasqu ... ct_003.htm

Here is the link to the Sykes study:
https://royalsocietypublishing.org/doi/ ... .2014.0161

In my 100% honest opinion they methodology seems sound, but I'm wondering about the 7 x failed sequences. Although there is a 'Results and Discussion' section, there is no discussion about the 7 x failed sequences. Each of the other 30 were 100% matches.

Seeing the "Supplemental Raw Data" on the SGP page, just below the tree has a number of 'strange sequences' and 'failed sequences', and matches in the 99% range - but at least some further analysis has been done.

I'm not sure that in the 7 failed sequences of the Sykes study whether this represents <100% matches, or something else - but given the discussion topic (bigfoot) it's slightly ironic that only the 'easy' matches are discussed and the 7 'tough ones' are not.
