I really hope it turns out to be a hoax, personally. Imagine the damage wrought by an influx of thousands of people trying to hunt the hairy man.

...I agree with you 100% Shar*Chi... it would be like when a long lost tribe is discovered in the Amazon jungles and as soon as it is made public the media and other idiots invade their world and destroy their way of life... that truley would be a tragic outcome... Stickyfingers.

After all, they tried to pull a hoax by depicting Matt Whitton's brother as a scientist who had flown in from Texas to

examine the Bigfoot body. They called him Dr. Paul Van Buren, which is NOT his name. His real name is Martin "Marty" Whitton.

He's a photographer -- who actually does live in Texas.

Fortunately, real investigators took mere hours to prove that "Dr. Van Buren" was Whitton's brother. Within a couple of days,

Whitton posted another YouTube video admitting the hoax. The odd thing is that Whitton and Dyer never really apologize for

lying. All the while, they continually call those who found them out losers, etc. -- many for not posting their real names on

YouTube. Wait? Does Matthew Whitton use his real name on YouTube? Um, NO! His account is in the name bigfootpolice. So much

for that argument fellas.

No, I generally keep to myself and my own people. I have a Network of researchers that I correspond with rather than surfing forums. Forums are good for info, however I normally do it privately.

GCBRO have a good group of people. Jay Michaels is a great guy and has decent information on his sites. Cryptomundo is ok, however I'm rather perplexed that Loren would publically endorse this Bigfoot Body story - "a closed mouth gathers no foot".

Ok, thanks Dean. I've been checking out the MABRC as well, they've got a heap of reference material on the site.

I've been watching this also, it's a bit hard to say either way. Reall, until they come up with hard proof, like showing the body, we can't be sure.

Did they just "stumble" upon it, so to speak?

They have been known for hoaxes in the past, like the time they were going to have a pay per view of a captured bigfoot, but it never happened...

Me personally, if and I mean IF it's real and not bogus, once the gov gets they say its bob the urang a tang that escaped 10 yrs ago from some circus and the picture you see will just be a picture and if its bogus wellll the race is still on for that happy snap of the real deal....

Thanks for the links, stickyfingers. Importantly, those youtube videos are what they are, and not official press release statements.

Curiously, despite all their clowning around, Mr. Whitton and Mr. Dyer remain stedfast they have a male Bigfoot on ice. They also persist that when they have all the legalities sorted out, they'll release official findings to the world.

These youtube videos could be a clever ploy to postpone the inevitable and keep everyone guessing. If absolute authenticity were proven at the outset, how many crazies would have stopped at nothing to get a peak at, or their hands on that body?

i take on board Deans view, IF and only IF it is proven genuine, i think it will be the green light for every gun happy ( it is our right to bear arms ) yank to go out there armed to the teeth and " bags me a bigfoot yoll" . and no doubt have a shot at anything else that moves, are we that different?, we have our share of gun happy hoons ( i don't put myself in that category as i also own a firearm )

Dean and I looked at all their claims.
Having a notorious hoaxer,Tom Biscardi, on board is a dead giveaway.
Biscardi, was Caught out once with a previous payper view of a dead bigfoot, then bigfoot hand in a jar trick..now this..
Their is not the slightest chance this is real.
The photos are a joke, the story is a joke, the 2 hicks have nothing.
If you had this..would you "accidently" release photos that were priceless,stage a press meeting with 2 blurry photos and dodgy dna claims..
Or.
Contact Discovery Channel/National Geographic..let them see what you had with their own scientists..and sell the whole thing for several million dollars.
Thats the difference between fake and real.
Its a windup for the release of the next film by Tom Biscardi.
Cryptomundo, "inadvertently" helped the whole thing roll along..and last time I tried, their site had crashed due to traffic..
I am waiting for the dna test results from the gorilla suit.....

Only true researchers are not effected, infected nor influenced from the dollar. Those who strive for notoriety and monitory gain are the most gullible, corrupt and destructive to the true cause. Attention seekers are nothing more than acid to our genre'.

Many so called 'true' investigators that I have known over the past decade have been MORE than dissapointing in their comments regarding this claim.

Who thought it would be a good idea to take Biscardi seriously in the first place? The man is a compulsive liar....and a well known hoaxer. Why would this time be any different?

And so much for their "press conference" .....haha. It think the BFRO have summed it up here:
