Anonimust had a report of possible activity in the area and during a visit he made to the area earlier in the week he heard something big in the scrub near him at one stage. He didn't get a sight of it, so it was probably just a wallaby or something.
We followed an established track for a short distance before turning into thick scrub to break our own path up a hill. At the first clearing we crossed we saw the x formation shown below. This is probably just naturally ocurring deadfall, but we documented it because it's still the first one we've come across in any of our site visits.

After spending quite some time breaking trail through thick scrub to the top of the hill we found a circular stone structure - it hasn't been used for a while judging by the growth on it, and if it's a little cubby or somehting built by kids I commend their effort - it's a decent size, made up of many rocks, and would have taken a while to put together.

Continuing along the crest of the hill we came across this possible stick formation - it looks a lot more natural and random in the photo than it did on-site.

Following what appeared to be a game trail I also spotted this area of crushed vegetation - again, not much too look at in the picture, but standing there in front of it it was clear that it had been physically flattened by something.

All in all nothing definitive, but an interesting afternoon nonetheless.
