While I cant help you move this to off topic, I do love storms, lightning and thats a top shot !!
Nothing quite like watching a good lightning storm roll in and go nuts.
These are my 2 favorite pictures at the moment

You would be spot on its not mine, ive tried a few times to get a strike on the Q1 tower here on the coast but with no luck so far

Seeker, you need to come up to the Top End at this time of the year if you want to see a real light show.

Awesome pictures mikka I have never seen lightning quite like it
Looks like some special effects from a movie or something, quite breathtaking.

I dont like lightning.........I love it.
Great lot of images guys.
I have dug up an old one from about 2001. Crappy scan this one. Back in the day I use to use 3-4 cameras. This shot is about a 5 minute exposure.
I did get struck back in 2001. That was a real head f#$&
