Unread post by homerbear »

I have put replies on this site... and strangely my replies at times cease 2 exsist , so who controls what stays and what goes, lets just say I'm a little annoyed so if its a prob with site thats fine but if its human influence wellll so much 4 were all friends here, a respose/answer would be greatly appreciated..unless this gets deleted as well....

...hey Homerbear mate... I don't believe anybody has deleted any of your posts intentionally mate... if you have noticed... the website has been changed a fair bit in the last week or two... there are whole new categories ...(about 6 of them I think)... some of them were created and some of the posts have been moved into various categories and there is a chance that they may have gone into limbo in the process... I've lost two posts that I know of up until now...

...have you any posts in particular that you can remember??... if so let us know and we'll look into it and see if they are either missing in action or just shifted elsewhre... over the last couple of weeks we had Deadpool changing and rearranging things around... then Cass and also some help from Chewy... Deadpool said at the beginning that we really should shut the website down for a few days and do a complete rebuild of the site... (that would've been the easiest thing to do)... but it was decided not to...

...consequently things have been shifted around in stages... so some missing posts are probably inevitable... I believe that Dean did a post ... it went into limbo and magically reappeared a couple of days later!!!... anyways my friend... if you can remember which posts have gone missing... maybe we can track them down... by the way... welcome back lol!...

...I hope that I've been of some help Homerbear... cheers... Stickyfingers. :)

i can attest to that sticky, i have become aware of an attack on the site, some users have also been on the receiving end of a malicious invader ( myself included). Our devoted web-ologists here at AYR have been working furiosly to rectify the problem.
I don't think anyone at the site is deliberately deleting posts....keep the faith

Back up is performed twice daily. If we are forced to restore due to attacks, of course we will have a few hours of un-backed up material.

We don't delete posts here - unless we don't like you (jest)
