i am a bit weird when it comes to wearing clothes that gives FREE advertising for the maker, i just dont do it....but i will proudly advertise AYR anywhere and everywhere on my new shirts.

On a slightly different subject,, i was at the local big shopping centre here in Darwin and there was a lady with a stand selling pens, pins etc to support SAVE the ORANGUTANGS, i looked, she chatted, i said why dont you save the apes here in Australia...she looked at me odd, what apes...where?. I said to her to look up Australian apes on google..2 days later saw her again, she had checked out several sites including yowiehunters, i couldnt shut her up she was really fired up and wanted to know more.

I know you look great in your AYR gear and from what I have seen in the odd Aviator the men's gear looks pretty good too. Is there any chance you could post some pic's of the shirts & the hats when available for the fashion conches AYR members...

It's for a great cause and I think posting pic's of the AYR range would help boost sales. A lot of people wouldn't realise the cost's involved in having a forum hosted and maintained and I bet the research going into the subject wouldn't be cheep either, so the more support AYR gets the longer it will be around and hopefully soon somebody from AYR will prove the sceptics wrong....

I took that pic earlier this year on Fraser Island. We where walked through his territory so he decided to give us a closer look....

Similar size and height, however the one that I encountered had stripes from the base of the tail to its shoulders. I actually did a Doco on it a few years ago displaying the stupidity of not knowing what it was at the time. Camera in hand and finger on the button while telling it to "Go Git".

Seeker....I just had a look at one of the shirts and there is no chest sizes on it. I will have a look when I pick up Chewy’s and Topenders from the embroidery shop. They still have the tag on so hopefully it is on there. I would say that you are a Medium.

Not doing anything Saturday but need to be at Howard Springs Tavern by 7:30. Something I can't get out of.

Keen to check out that spot and at least get the lay of the land.

I need to break in my AYR camelback anyway. Will try to get an action shot to post on the forum.

The only downside is the bladder only holds about 3 litres or water which will only last 1-2 hours this time or the year. Might have to dump the bladder in a backpack with some spare water bottles or extra bladders but that won't look as cool.

Sounds like Sticky has plans for you which probably means you'll be headed to Orange via the Bells Line but I wouldn't mind checking out Tablelands Road if you want to go the long way. There's also a spot on the Kowmung River we could check out if you have time.

If you're really keen Tony Healy has offered to give us a grand tour of the Yowie hot spots around Canberra.

Anyway, give me a call and we'll come up with a cunning plan over the weekend.

My two shits have arrived, very nice they are too, logos look great; will take some pics on the weekend wearing them whilst out in the scrub with iwannabelieve, hopefully post the piccies on the forum, the area we are going is near Litchfield National Park, some campers left the area in August at around 11pm as they felt " someone" was hanging around close to the camp watching them and they heard footsteps in the scrub, eventually it got too creepy for them. Fortunately i do creepy...i love creepy...i bath in it....yuummmm...lather...splash

They are on their way seeker as discussed on the weekend. I have one of the shirts and cap ready to go, one shirt is still at the embroidery shop. It should be finished tomorrow so you will have them Wednesday or Thursday.
