My upcoming trip (NE NSW)

Just a short note to say in a week or so I'll be heading into some wild places (NSW), zig zagging my way up the coast from sydney to byron via the upper hunter, oxley & gwydir highways, camping in some backwoods spots like washpool np, nymboida, drake, & woodenbong. im out for some solitude rather than hairy encounters, but I will report anything unusual
any tips?

Check the weather online if/when you can mid afternoons, we have had an unusual amount of really bad storms this year. Northern NSW has coped it every few days. I wouldnt like to be stuck in a tent with a supercell overhead thats for sure
