Cape york yowies

Unread post by Hnta »

Any one knoe of any yowie sightings up there. I lived up there for two yrs , hunting and camping a hell of a lot. Heard noises, saw 'shelters" . had the fear, seen the way my dogs have acted, ect. Also have photos ive sent to the big cat link on this site. of paw prints. The way the bush goes silent and then the gutteral noises and weird screams, and the dogs reaction really chilled me. Most times waited and all returned to normal resonably quickly, had to leave once though. Im aboriginal and so was my mate i know up there. Sorta a spiritual person. as is he, not in a white christian sense but. I Believe there are little men as well as the big blokes.
Any ayr members around cairns?
Got a few good stories too although the personal on was whene i was a young fella up at Mt Fox ( MT Fox mountain lion??)
Been into this stuff for yrs, seen numerouse ufos. and 1 min min.
Take care people. i'll get more into this site when i have more time, been reading this site for the last 4 days, sometimes for 12 hr stints, bit keen id say

Welcome, Hnta,

There are at least three forum members living up your way - and yes, we've had reports of some unexplained events in FNQ.

If you hadn't already started reading the forum posts in the archive, I'd have suggested that as a good place to start. Great to see you too are keen! This Christmas, I too went back through the threads for a read, and yes, spent DAYS in front of the computer, rivetted by the reports.

I'm sure one of the FNQ folks will chime in when they get back online from their holidays.

Kind regards,
Shazz
