Or perhaps a forum about people for yowies with grudges.

I just logged on here this morning and noticed that the original post that I started this topic with has been deleted. Why
Did I tread a little close to the mark, Why has anyone the right to delete a post that was merely asking questions that haven't been answered.
Hmmm, I think I get the picture. (no no) (no no) (no no)

Hey Facts,

The website was down most of the day I think on the 2nd? Cass and Lasso had to recall the last saved version of the site and put it back up for us.

Please don't get hot under the collar or jump to conclusions - I and several other people lost lengthy posts in a couple of threads too.

There are problems with hosting any website, and annoying as these periods of downtime are for us Yowie enthusiasts who can't log on and 'get their fix' for the day, they are just accidental.

If you wish to repost what you said, I'd say go right ahead, though I'm not about to rewrite the reply I made to one of Dean's posts as I've lost the train of thought now.

Nothing is edited here, nor censored, as far as I am aware, otherwise there would be a lot of gaps in comments on the forums. Just read back through some of the more unflattering posts and you will find this to be true.

Kind regards,
Shazz

PS. If you make a lengthy post, before you hit SUBMIT down there, I highlight my post and Ctrl C (copy) it, then hit SUBMIT. If it gets lost in cyberspace due to a timeout of the reply page (which is common), you only have to re-open this page, and Ctrl V (paste) it straight back in.

Your just a TROUBLE maker lil foot! Just can't help yourself eh? LOL

Now can we all get back to business!!! The YOWIE!

Cass and Lissa are working together and I think Chewy put his hand up for all the new CD reports to add. Amazing reports that we have not had time to put up over the past 18 months or so. It will take a while, but shall be done.

Not certain about the rest, however I much prefer reports that you can listen to rather than read. You don't get the 'feel' unless you hear the witnesses voices telling their of their own encounters in their own words.

With a little luck we will also have Video coming!

Big things happening this year for the site....

Wow, three cheers for everyone involved in adding MORE great stuff to the AYR site... (claps hands). I realised what an AYR ADDICT I've become, since the site bit the big one the other day - talk about a junkie: I was checking in every 30 minutes or so to see if it was back again!

I would think that as a result of the last month's upset that just about every reader of this forum now has a clear idea of the 'boundaries' of the forums, and the best manner of getting our thoughts across, although, as is always said, it is sometimes difficult to get your message across in such a sterile word-only environment, as we cannot see the silent communications that occur in face-to-face conversations.

I could be wrong here, but I think the forums were awfully quiet for a while because people didn't know how to react or what to say (like when you see friends have a blue and you don't want to say the wrong thing, so you say nothing, because you feel so awkward and don't really know how to continue). I'd be pleased if we are back on track again, as this thread suggests, as I would like to see AYR back to the happy, buzzing, conversational place it was before. I hope our 'regulars' are keen to do so as well, as we have some new members who will no doubt have stories to share, and interactions to tell us all about. All opinions are welcome, as long as they are presented with good intent.

Now, let's get this show on the road LOL! (rad)

Tyko7, if you go to the AYR homepage, http://www.yowiehunters.com/ you will see a column of information on the left hand side. Go to EXPEDITION REPORTS and have a read of those. Quick link for ya: http://tinyurl.com/bs92q8

On that same homepage, you will see a heading RPORTS/SIGHTINGS - the reports within should keep you busy for quite a while!

Kind regards,
Shazz

Hi Guys quite true Shazz the reports are down right scary to say the least. But the Ausio files are the best there are a couple that scared the crappp out a me. It funny guys we are going to go in and chase these big guys but if we come face to face i dont know what to do. Do i stick out my hand and say GDAY or just Freez up it would be interesting to be in that position... (sweat drop)
