Well known people who have encountered the yowie?

I have seen the video on youtube where former Senator Bill O'chee describes his teenage encounter and I have noted the interview on the StrangeNation website where Tony Healy and Paul Cropper alluded to Les Hiddens (Bush Tucker Man) as having had some form of encounter.

Bill O'chee and Les Hiddens are very well known and it got me wondering about who else, who is notable, have publicly declared an 'encounter' of some sort.

Can anybody offer up any names and references?

i guess what you are getting at btc is how many highly credible and also publicly accountable people have seen yowies? is that what your thinking? i mean if say..... paris hilton reported a sighting.........you know what i mean

More or less but I wouldn't be putting Paris Hilton in that category....

I'd be expecting names like Malcolm Douglas, Steve Irwin, David Gulpilil, etc... These names are examples only of course unless someone has a reference.

So any others apart from Les and Bill?
