Wild Pig Hunting, Northern Territory Style

Unread post by AussieTrev »

Gday everyone, I received an email today from a friend with a couple of his favourite animals in it..... this is what it said.....

Wild Pig Hunting Northern Territory style... notice the tusks on the pig, not a bad size ... 75 to 95 kilo... notice the height it carries it and the size relate to the road ... this Croc must be 18 or 19 feet long ....

This is an awesome wildlife picture if its real...... if not, its a very good photoshop! (claps hands) (rad) (yin yang) Trev

Yeah, I didn't think so, it looks like a pretty clear picture. (woot)

I'm not sure about their measurement though??? (confused) ... 18 or 19 feet long seem a little too big ... (uh uh)
I think that normal lanes on our roads are about 10 feet wide? there abouts? roughly?? (confused) (cheers) ... and as I can't see any lane markers, I will assume that this croc is walking
across one lane only. (detective) :? ... unless the pig that it has is 10 feet long!!! :o
Then we will have something to talk about! (claps hands) (thumb up) (yin yang) Trev

Trev and Sticky, that's not a NT saltwater croc, that looks like a Nile Crocodile, from Africa, and I think that's a warthog in its' mouth.

They get huge, as you might suspect of an animal that can pull down a full grown wildebeest or zebra.
