Hi All
Has anyone had any direct experience with Arcturians?
I would be interested in hearing your comments.

Are you talking about the star Arcturus?
This is a k class star some 37 light years away.
Are you suggesting that there is a planet orbiting it on which a life form has evolved to a level to have developed the ability to cross the interstellar gulf?
What was their propulsion method? Was it superluminal? If not, how did they adapt to the 37+ years that the trip would have taken, and that is if they achieved over 99% light speed. It would have been considerably longer had they gone any slower.
How did they defeat all the ionizing radiation they would have experienced for this length of time?
Perhaps they used some form of worm hole in the fabric of space/time. How did they manage that?
I am fascinated to learn more Big Cats!

Hi Mary Use
Yes.
Good questions, but I thought I asked the questions.
How would I know?
I didn't expect an answer with more questions.
What do you think?
I'm, fascinated to learn more too Mary Use.
I'm hoping for someone with some answers to respond.
Thanks for the image. It looks great.

Well. I personally haven't met anyone from Arcturus.
How do you know that it is Arcturus that they come from? Clearly you know that much. Have you considered that someone may be making them up? If not, what is it that makes you think otherwise?

Hi Mary
Why do you keep replying with questions to me.
I'm not interested in interacting with you on this thread.
You seem to be intent on trying to provoke me. And I have seen that behaviour from you with other people on this board before.
Please go away and don't bother me again.

These are fair questions being put to you. Why don't you try answering them?
I haven't met any aliens, let alone from such a specific location.

Hi Muppets and Mary
Are you people kidding, how could I answer such stupid questions. Can you!!!
I answered it in my first reply. "How would I know".
The question I asked, I ask again "Has anyone had any direct experience with Arcturians?"
And, if you two don't have a straight answer and you cannot add any positive value, keep out of the thread.
And Mary enough of your childish sarcasm, please it is not appreciated and is very unprofessional.

This thread has me absolutely entranced.
Firstly, my response; no I don't have any direct experience with Arcturians...
Now with that said I would like to (respectfully) ask:
- Do you believe that Arcturians (people from a planet near Arcturus) are visiting us?
- If so, why Arcturus in particular; why not Sirius, Proxima Centauri, etc. or any of the other gazillions of stars in the universe?
The point of these questions being to establish the purpose of your initial question, i.e. I could ask you "where are you going?" It is reasonable, on your part, in answering my question to ask me why I would want to know in return.
I'm curious about why you ask this question and about the Arcturians in general.

Hi BillTheCat
Firstly - I am just trying to get the Forum Threads up and running again with some topics. I thought this might be an interesting one. That is why I asked the question.
Answers - Thanks for your respectful, un-provocative and reasonable questions.
I read a lot and I speak to a lot of people. I recall some time ago someone said to me that they had heard that the race of Arcturians have visited Earth and have interacted with the various races on the Earth. I though it a simple enough and reasonable question to ask to hear from anyone from the forum, if they had heard of anything similar.
I did not expect to get such sarcastic replies. (Totally uncalled for)
I could have equally have asked about "Greys" but they have been flogged to death.
Hope this gives you a suitable answer.

Hi BC, that's cool...
In my teen years I devoured books on the E.T.s, Bermuda Triangle, etc. I never came across anything specifically related to Arcturus.
The closest I can remember was a a book about an African tribe that had a very close affinity with the star Sirius (the dog star). The assertion of the book was that this 'primitive' tribe knew far too much about the star that they could not have known about given their level of science. Ultimately there was the suggestion that Sirians had visited this tribe.
Read the book too long ago to remember much about it other than what I've said here.
In a nutshell, regarding E.T.s, I am also a skeptic for the reasons stated in previous posts. The distances are too immense and the perils too great to permit travel between the stars.
People can postulate on wormholes, planes/dimensions, etc. but I can't see any solid evidence in that area.
My limited understanding of physics leads me to believe that most of these things, including 'other dimensions' are still at the mathematical model level, i.e. they are theories yet to be proven.
Even if 'other dimensions' do exist I think you'll find that they are not 'planes of existence' or 'alternate universes' as they are portrayed in movies, etc.
That's my 2c worth.
Cheers

You are certainly giving me quite a few, daniel.
You are quite a grumpy young man. You should try to play nice,.
Have you seen any Arcturans? Big cats would like to know.

I don't know if this is constructive or just leaving myself wide open for the trolling Skeptic that patrols this forum...lol
There are many different "species" of aliens. The Arcturians are large, blue-skinned translucent beings and one of the most advanced civilizations in this galaxy. The Orions look like us because almost 80% of us are Orions. The Pleiadeans look like us because they were the original root race of Earth. The Sirians are a bit taller and lighter than the average humans. The Antareans are large, muscular and have reddish-brown skin. The Andromedans tend to
incarnate as orientals, but the original ETs are tall and lanky with large heads and small slanted almond eyes. The Zetas come in three main flavors: (1) alabaster white and short with huge black almond eyes; (2) short and grey with large black almond eyes (the most common); and (3) tall, blue-skinned hybrids with small slanted almond eyes. The other races are higher dimensional and can change their appearance at will. The Venusians are fair-skinned, blond and translucent.
Of curse this is all loosely based on my (limited) experiences and poor education and mostly from the internet and other peoples experiences...lol Do I believe all the above...? No, not all of it. However I do think we are being visited by at least two groups of ET's. I have spent many hours trying to logically extrapolate information about UFO's and the circumstances which would force the evolution of intelligent creatures in an attempt to theories the nature of ET and the technologies he/she/it/they would use. I think that when we finally find out what engines ET uses to power craft, we will be blown away by the simplicity and be gob-smacked by our own inability to work it out for ourselves. I think that we will also be surprised at how much like us ET is with regards to mental processes etc..
Cheers

Hi AussieTrev
All I was trying to do was to start up the Topic with a first time thread.
I wouldn't know any more about them than you would, I imagine.
I just though it would be interesting.
I had no idea it would stir up such a response with some.
Have you done any intrnet research about them?
Cheers

Fair and reasonable.
I quite like your description of the Venusians.
How do they survive the surface pressure there? And the heat?
How do they overcome the differences in these factors when they visit the earth?

The info given by Mary (A.K.A. Marivs) is about Arcturus a giant stable helium-burning star and the artistic pic is a comparison of our sun and Arcturus, not the planet the Arcturians supposedly inhabit. Astronomers have not been able to detect any planets around Arcurus or any other giant stars for that mater, because the technique being used precludes giant stars. Astronomers look for a star being slightly displaced by the tugging of a giant planet orbiting back and forth around it. Secondly, The shadow of a giant planet crossing a small star can be seen in just the exact right circumstances. Proportionate size means a planet no matter how giant will have little to no effect gravitationally tugging back and forth on a giant star that is truly massive in comparison to the size of the planet. A horde of planets orbiting a giant star precludes visible tugging since all tugs from every orbital direction will tend to iron out to null any star displacement. And giant planet shadows, small across huge fiercely blazing giant star faces, are too faintly difficult to detect.
I quite like your description of the Venusians.
How do they survive the surface pressure there? And the heat?
How do they overcome the differences in these factors when they visit the earth?
Muppets, As a mundane human, I can't answer that, but If I ever met up with one the question I would be asking is: "Did your insurance premiums go up after the Roswell incident?"..
