Gold Coast Hinterland pig kill 1980's?

Just wondered if anyone knows about the following incident I saw on the news back in the "80's. I've never seen another mention of it anywhere.
At the time I lived in Brisbane from 1983 - 87, having grown up in an area with a reputed "black cat" I've always had an interest in this subject. (will post some about this area later)
The news item showed a pig that had been killed on a property in the Gold Coast Hinterland, the owner had heard a commotion, came out in the dark with a torch, found the dead pig with wounds to the neck and head laying by a fence. He went back to the house to get a rifle thinking it was a dog attack, came back and the pig body was now on the other side of the fence. The fence was of ringlock/hingehjoint construction and in good condition, being good enough to contain his pigs, so whatever killed it came back and carried it over the fence.
I grew up on a pig and dairy farm and still butcher pigs for myself and mates so know a bit about them, the carcase in the footage showed a pig that would have been 15 - 17 weeks old and would have been a struggle for one man to lift over a fence.
Anyone know anything about this one?
