This evidence seems too good to be true!
A police dog handler recognises a big cat at a distance and has the presence of mind to fetch his camera, and good fortune that the animal stuck around long enough to capture a good minute of footage.
Better yet - the cat is right next to an indisputable frame of reference - train tracks of known width.
