A side of lamb, hang it around your tent.
Nah, but seriously, just make sure you have a good fry up for dinner and get those hot meaty fatty smells out there.

Awesome Tracey - hope you have a good trip with some activity. Maybe drop into Hydro Majestic in Medlow Bath for a quick EVP run! I`ve heard that that place has plenty of bump in the night haunting occurrences!!

Well we went on our trip and turned out to be quiet though there are recording etc to go through. The weird thing was the bush was so quiet that it seemed very strange. No possums or owls just really really quiet
We came across something else though we cant explain. We were sitting around in a circle when someone noticed a light in the bush. Mind you we were 20kms into the bush. We all looked and could see this white light that was just sitting there in the scrub about 100mtrs away. It drew out attention so we all got up and walked to towards it a little. Then some more appeared until there were 4 of them and they moved positon . They did not blink on or off and were there for about 20 mins. We shone bright lights to the area but there was nothing but thick scrub where they were but when we turned off the lights they were there again. Now i have seen fireflies and this was not fireflies. It was not animal eyes and it did not go away when we shone the lights there.
I have no idea what this was and we did not see it again after this.
Anyoen got any ideas? I have looked on google to see if anything up there in the blue mtns could cause this.

Could they have been some form of "Min Min"/earthlights ..?
Is there anyway you could post an image from google maps of where you were and the location of the lights please.
Thanks
Mike

Yes i can do that..i will have to download this photo onto photobucket first. The photo is remarkable in itself because it was taken by chris in our grop with her IR video camera and was a still shot. She actually captured a spirit that has been with me for 3 yrs now . He wasnt the lights we were seeing though but in the photo is showing the exact location we saw these lights. I have ruled out fireflies and glow worms as have seen both and it wasnt like that. We all agreed to that. The area was the Kings Tablelands Blue Mtns.
Will get onto posting that up.

You can move this thread to to another section if you like..maybe the spirit section
Ok , now i have links to the original reduced IR photo of me with a spirit light to the right of me. Now if you look up that road to the very last tree visible, that is where we saw the lights.
That spirit you see with me in the photo is alwasy with me. Its a very long story..I know exaclty who he is and have no problem him being with me as he causes no problems, talks to me telepathically and i often feel him touching me and see him too sometimes. I do see him though clairvoyantly. This spirit told me that the lights were "creatures of the bush" but just though i would check this out. He usually tells me if there is something spirit like around.
Here is the original reduced photo.

I thought I would invert the photo because i knew who the spirit was there and could see features in it like it was his face but it was too bright so i inverted it and then lightened and instantly i could see him

This is a zoomed in version of the orb and you can see his face. He is looking to the left and you can see his hair is short, ears showing, moustache showing and his eyes and mouth. He has sa cleft in his chin that i can see in the shot too but is hard to see. He has told me that his hair is short now and i know that this spirit has gone through a spiritual transformation.. or evolvment. That is a long story too as i have seen this clairvoyantly.
I know all the history of this spirit and his life through researching records and also include a sketch here done while he was in court one time back in the 1800s

I promise you I am not crapping you on here. My team know all about him as do my family. He has been with me for 3 yrs now but my team knew him also about 5 or 6 yrs ago. There is so much more to the story but you probably wouldnt believe it anyway but I promise you that I am tellign the truth here. I have learnt a lot from this spirit about the afterlife and even have him on evp which i think i have posted some of those on here. I have often thought about writing a book on my experiences but change my mind because i know what people are like and have tried to talk about this to others before who probably thik that i am a nut lolll. My team know its all true because they have witnessed him , heard him and knwo he is with me.
The point of this post though was not to talk about him but to talk about the lights which i know were not him.

Tracey I wouldn`t be to concerned about the cynics and non-believers. Throughout history there has always been (and always will be) people who refuse to accept other possibilities as it is way out of their comfort zone. They like to cling onto old familiar concepts as they are not yet ready to take the next step in the journey of spiritual enlightenment! If everyone was to listen to these people than humanity would still be stuck in the Dark Ages. For us to evolve further as a species and as individuals each one of us must be prepared to come forward and speak their truth!
You may be interested in this link to one of Rex Gilroy`s 'adventures' on Tablelands Rd this year. I know not everyone is a fan of Rex`s and I myself am not a subscriber to many of his theories and beliefs - but every now and then he puts out some good nuggets.

Hey thanks for posting that............it gave me the creeps a bit because we dont knwo what those lights were and we were out too far to be any dwelling. We were camped down the end of that road that those people reported seeing those white lights on and the lights seemed to not be right on us but to the left and right of the dirt road. At one stage there was on ly one on the left of the road looking back, then 3 others came and moved to the right of the road. The next morning we checked out the area we saw them and this might sound really stupid but we kept seeing X everywhere. I didnt notice that but someone else drew it to my attention. There were sticks on the ground in crossed over x and there were branches half fallen in x and even a slit in a tree in an x. I should have taken a phooto of this . Its probably not meaning anything but it just seemed funny at the tilme and we laughed it off when someone said there are x's everywhere.
Personally, I think there is definitely someone weird down that way. I alwasy get this gut feeling with things like that and when i saw those lights i had it. I am used to paranormal lights and things and working out what they could be but i couldnt these and when it comes back and plays on my mind and makes me think about it days later, I feel it was something

mike...the lights were at the very end of that dirt road down towards the lookout on that road..i think the road might be called tablelands road. We were parked and camped in the parking area down the very end and those lights were lookng back on the road in about 100 mtrs at the most.
