IMO, as I posted on another thread, this is just a Blobsquatch. But it also has a very suspicious resemblance to the Patty film in body shape and gait, and I wonder if possibly the filmmaker just somehow placed a blurred version of Patty in a different setting. I don't know anything about photography, but amazing things can be done with it.
