Yer this was an amazing case which occurred during the world-wide flap in the March-April, 1966. Just several weeks or so previously the famous Michigan UFO flap occurred (which also involved a sighting by school students - http://www.ufologie.net/press/nyt23mar1966.htm) and the famous "swamp gas" statement was given by J.A. Hynek (something he later regretted and ironically he went on to become possibly one of the most famous UFO advocates of all time).

There have been numerous UFO incidences involving landings at and around schools. Its quite interesting to speculate as to what the intelligences involved are trying to achieve as they seem to be purposefully reveiling themselves in these incidences? I realy enjoyed watching that program love how the Powers to be have to step in and Threaten people.
We are not ready to know the Truth...they say...got to love em..lol They have there Heads Jammed so far up the ass...they are beyond the point of return...lol These People saw something thats for sure. Its burnt into there Memorys, They will never forget it...Jesus the Government & Military s#@t me at Times...

Rick, I guess they're afraid that all the little gray dudes are fixing to land in thousands of their flying machines and OMG!!!! TAKE OVER THE EARTH! ROTFL--why would they freaking WANT to? I would imagine they've got better things to do.

However, I firmly believe they exist and that they do abduct people. I've known and do know personally quite a few abductees who had no reason to lie whatsoever. Just because they've never abducted me for some reason doesn't mean they don't exist, but most people feel that way. For all the cheap skates out there who haven`t got sci-fi channel (like me) or can`t afford the DVD the doco is on You Tube.... just watched it and it`s EXCELLONTO!!! This is a good example of a thorough in-depth investigation.

For those that don`t believe Australian authorities are in on the cover-up then this may make you think again. People pressured to not discuss it.... confiscated camera.... missing Channel 9 footage...... possible U.S. military presence..... no record of investigation.....threats on witnesses..... COVER-UP COVER-UP COVER-UP

and no... please don`t c**p on about secret disc-shaped government aircraft..... its just an insult to people`s intelligence!

My oldies in company of hundreds of other witnesses saw a veritable fleet of "silver cigars" move over sydney's western burbs decades ago... i assume the 60s or 70s, can ask for details later though.

Apparently whole streets full of people came out to watch em, chugging lazily across the sky.

Both my oldies ended up as very senior public servants, tertiary educated, with a period in the military and in particular secure comms / sonar systems back in the day... no question of credibility.

Will check the dates.. might be the same incident, maybe not.

What stood out for me in this doco was the great lengths that the authorities went to ensure it was covered up. They simply could have said, yeah, it was a weather balloon and left it at that. Its like the old saying; actions speak louder than words. This case should be the benchmark on how cases should be investigated; I just feel for that teacher who had her camera taken away with all those daytime, crystal clear photos.

If I am not mistaken; there is a case in Africa where a playgound full of kids not only saw a disc land, but also saw the beings as well.
