I was camping with my family and I was looking into the bushes...I thought I saw something looking back so I moved to my left to get a better view...as soon as I moved this 'yowie' if thats what you wanna call it, roared at me as soon as I saw it and turned and ran...I chased it up a really steep hill and I almost had it, but when i got the the top of the hill it had vanished! and I was overlooking a huge canyon...very wierd..
but I also had a dream that same night about me and my friends running across a city bridge and sounding like magpaies for no reason..then I woke up and there was a magpie outside..lol...
Thats a pretty cool dream man. I admit, I have had some pretty ****ed up dreams. And none of it make any sense. One time I had a Dream that 5 bigfoots were chasing after me through the woods and I felt this hand on my shoulder and as soon as I felf it I woke up.
Wouldn't a dream recorder be nice?
Im just a simple man try'na make my way in the universe.
I had one like that, just that my town was being over-run with them, and they were chasing me & my family. I was running hard as i could, turn around, see this horrible face & this arm reaching for me, and i tripped over.. woke up on the floor.
Scary.
I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here.
I have dreamed about tsunamis as long as I can remember, hense my house in the mountains. When I was little I would dream that the house was filling with water and I couldn't find the door. I lived in Hampton, which is a beachside suburb of Melbourne, for 12 years, and while I was there I would constantly dream of tsunamis. Once I moved away from water the dreams dropped off. A couple of months ago I dreamed that I was asleep and woke up and rolled toward the window and made eye contact with this yowie, which was sort of crouched down looking in my window at me. I really thought I had woken up and this was a real experience until I actually woke up 'again'. Weird

Whats that noise outside your window, whats that shadow on the blind,as you lie there blinking like a body in a tomb, suspended animation as i slip into your room - Bon Scott
Wow, folks, just wow. I've not had a Yowie dream, but I have had a couple involving ghosts - hubby had to wake me because apparently last time, I was howling like a mad dog! In my dream I was shouting at the ghost to get out and leave our house alone, but I guess in sleepmode, that didn't translate too well through the old vocal chords!
Thanks for the insights, dreamers.

I had a yowie dream a couple nights ago. I dreamt I was in a forest somewhere near a fence with a gate. I was with a group of people - not sure who they were, but Mikka was there. I remember looking down and seeing the biggest footprints I had ever seen. I went to call Mikka over to have a look, but he had disapeared into the forest. I walked up to the footprints to compare the size to my own feet, but whenever I put my foot next to them my foot was the same size. When i pulled my foot away my foot looked a lot smaller than the print...very odd.
When you were born, you cried

Live your life
so that when you die,
the world cries and you rejoice.
You know folks that dreams are just analogies of issues that worry you in your conscious state....the yowie can represent your unresolved problems or the unknown answers to issues that plague you ( PSYCH 1 Dream Theory).....on the other hand it could just mean that you are excited, intrigued, scared and entranced by the hairy buggers like i am , nice reading about them though, Hi Cass
