Hey everyone !
Was out in the stix yesterday , scrambling through the bush . We scrambled back to the top of the mountain and took some happy snaps . I was drenched in sweat and my camera was around my neck and under my arm so I couldnt see through the view finder very well . Got home and noticed an unusual shape and just put it down to a bird in flight .

I got up this morning and noticed a dot beside the "bird" and decide to emboss the photo and found a whole lot of other dots .
Maybe its something , maybe its nothing , but its not dust . There is dust on the original , but they are blurry larger round blobs .

Your lucky Rusty2 , I never seen a ufo,I'm all ways walk around with my head down.lol.
There seem to be a lot more ufo sightings on the coast then inland N.S.W.

Hey Mrx , I'm thinkin u.f.o swarm or insect swarm . Probably the later . I guess we'll never know .

Hey Rusty2, Whatever it is seems remarkably similar to the these things called 'air rods' that I spotted while reading articles on another sight.. anyway here is the link

I had never heard of them til a few days ago but what you are describing seems very similar!

Hey Hairy Porter ! Yes , the " air rods " are a bit of a new found anomaly that know one seems to have an answer for . One news camera man reported his find to the FBI and was interogated and followed by them . There is a doco somewhere , possibly on you tube about air rods .

Bit of a mystery that one .

hey all, Air rods have almost been proven to be bugs at high speed, though some footage seems to show a solid rod with two wing like fins running from suposed head to tail its a tracking or double image type thingy you get when using vhs, as technology (photo clarity, digital) evolves we see less and less of this phanomena, thogh what appears in your image doesn't look at all like any rod ive seen, as for u.f.o.'s if your'e living in vic, do some star gazing around 10.00pm looking towards to bass straight, for about 4 months, maybe 2-3 nights a week either i or my friend have whitnessed something, well several things, (grampians also seems to be getting a bit of u.f.o. action lately, good luck.

Yeah the Grampians has been quite active with strange lights for a while now I remember doing some looking into that phenomena there a few years ago.

cheers for the welcome, yeah it was the most impressive sighting i've had, plus i had a my gf with me, normaly when i've witnessed such events i've been sitting on the roof by my self late at night, (siting on roofs late at night and telling tales of strange lights often leaves a bad rep in my neighbourhood)
