Here's a video of a recent radio show I listen to that deals with channelling and ETs etc. I asked a question about if we could be a genetic mix of star people and the Yowie as well as if we should try to interact with them.
Even if sceptical still interesting to say the least.

I did hear once that some Indians on the American continent (can't remember which ones) believe that Sasquatches are indeed early alien experiments where aliens tried to make a human-alien hybrid. This belief, as well as the belief that humans were transplanted here on earth by aliens, which still visit them regularly, is centuries old. How are we to know any different. Anything is possible at this point. By the way, have you watched the documentary called, "Out of the Blue"? It is fantastic for UFO/ Alien buffs.
