We may have had a visitor to the property Wednesday night...

Unread post by horserider »

My friend told me last night that on Weds night, the dog on the property was going ballistic at around 1 or 2am & she could hear alot of commotion out. She went out with the torch to find the horses very disturbed/frightened. They were galloping forwards & backwards as if trying to avoid something, their tails were high up in the air & they were snorting nervously at something....
Well... its March... & i have found that alot of the kitty kats seem to show up most between March & July so I think we had a visitor.... yep.. i think its back. Either that or yowie? What else would do that?
Last time my horse did that a year or so ago I found huge cat prints at the gate inside his paddock the following morning... the bastard was in there with him.
National Park surrounds us & many sightings are in the area every year including the one i had couple years back soooooooooooooooo

One place I have cameras set up is a cattle property out near Bylong.I have had the owner tell me of serious cattle disturbances and minor stampedes.I get the cameras memory card, to look for big cat evidence, or whatever. It is always foxes and feral dogs. I do so wish it was more, more and more. But cameras are still watching, even right now, while I am in Sydney.
