Egyptians in Australia-Part 1, looks at the sensational and hotly debated set of close to 300 hieroglyphs found at Kariong 9near Gosford). We examine evidence of an ancient Egyptian presence over 4,500 years ago and the real possibility there is an even more ancient narrative engraved by either ancient original people and/or extra-terrestrial settlers.

Even though very very unlikely, I have also heard of the rumor of Alexander the Great's body being stashed away near Broome in northern WA, and that ancient Greek writing was found in a cave.

Although I do think it is impossible that such a large land mass was never visited throughout history and it was only ever the Aboriginals, and a few Spanish, Portuguese and Dutch visits prior to English settlement.

There are porcelain dated to 1447 showing the coast line of New Guinea and the south east coast of Australia as far as to Victoria and the north coast of Tasmania in Chinese maps.
