Audio visual stimulation

I got a tax return . My friend showed me a mind machine when I was 25 or so . It was audio visual stimulation . The key word with the machine was " I SAW "
I've been meaning to buy one of these for years and it turned up in the mail today .
I used it this arvo and felt like I was standing on another planet . I saw many different geometric shapes , grids , stars , circles etc . I felt like I was floating . I felt like I was flying through a tunnel . I felt like I was standing on a vast horizon .
It can be extremely intense !!
All I can say is WOW !
