Piper Footage

Hardly worth watching as far as I'm Concerned Big V. I have a copy here which Ch. 7 gave to me, but again it's possibly (likey) another silly hoax or Publicity stunt by TYM.

No moving footage that I'm aware of on the net. Ch 9 brought the footage for about 9- 10K and did little with it. Certainly nothing that one would regard as ground breaking. When I did a piece on it for Today Tonight, Tim swiftly sent a legal notice that stating TT were now allowed to use it.

Now Today, even Tim is seems to be stepping away from endorsing it.

Good to hear from you Big V.

Hi Big V,

Ditto - Piper film is a waste of time (nice Yowie suit, though). If you want to download some fictional hominid footage, save your hard drive space for a copy of Harry and the Hendersons :D.

Hi Guys,

A bit disappointing re the fakeness of the Piper Film. I actually caught wind of it through reading Tim the Yowie Man (purchased for 3.99 at the exhibtion centre clearance!) found 10% of the content interesting but there appears to be a question mark over his creditibilty due to his commercialisation of the yowie.

Can't believe that it raised 10k! Almost makes me brave enough drive into the moutains with my camera - funniest home video might be a bit safer though.

But..... What is the verdict on the Paterson Film of a Sasquatch?

TYM`s book was great, he must have spent minutes researching it.
The thing that amazed me was that some lame arsed publisher actually wasted money and trees printing that c**p.
And now he is getting a book on ghosts.
His co-author is actually dumber than he is, with twice the ego.

:D

I must agree Mike, I had more than a giggle myself. He was just so 'wrong' in basically everything he wrote! Never mind, I don't think 'facts' have ever been his priority.

Regardless.... although it was too far away to tell whether it was real or not, due to the dubious reputation of the 'producer and Agent' of the film, I stated on National TV (Today Tonight) that it was neither her nor there, however it was said by the notorious cyber stalker gweg fwothter that I endorsed it? It's all there on film, that proves that I didn't.
