The creature seems awfully bright. Also it doesn't seem to have any discernable features you can mak out its outer body shape but nothing else. My guess bucks party prank. man gets drunk, man gets naked and painted bright orange by his mates who then leave him in the forest to sleep it off. Sounds like a good night to me. On the other hand it could be a Big Foot, stupid unfocused photo's either way it would have made interesting viewing.

God all we need is a close up "clear" photo

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. Run. He's fuzzy. Get outta here.

Blurry, man!
In my humble opinion, the falling leaf theory can be ruled out, as the tree in the foreground continues straight up from the roots to the top of the picture. The possibility of a falling, blurry leaf, having one (1) of it's edges sharply defined, exactly along the same plane of view as the edge of the tree, is improbable.
Unfortunately I would say there is insufficiency of evidence to prove either way:
1. That it is a hoax, knocked up in photoshop. The left foot of the figure appears to either not exist or be submerged under the ground. If you print the image out, you can almost make out a very caucasian type human face, fleshly coloured on the figure. The arms seem to be a different shade from the rest of the body. Could it be a guy in a sasquatch costume?
2. That it is authentic. The head slopes back to a saggittal crest, the arms appear longish for a human being, many sasquatch type creatures are reported to have reddish colored hair. It is blurred because it is moving and/or is a phantasm type creature. The area supposedly has a history of sightings of such creatures.

Just a couple of things i've been reading someone suggested that it may be a flame a deer hunter in an orange suit (which are pretty popular over there) or the behind view of a deer personally i think that all these are wrong but due to the lack of definition (sighs) i'm not game to discount anything. If i had to take one of those options i'd say the hunter maybe the high vis suit reflected and over exposed the camera.
Cheers
