how to beat speeding fines

Gday. Some time ago I became aware of the fact our alleged government is in reality not our lawful 'Parliament of the Commonwealth'. On the contrary, it is a corporation acting as administrator of the bankrupt commonwealth. This corporation is given legitimacy because we vote for it every four years, not realising it is illegitimate. And also not realising our constitution has been slyly replaced without our consent via referendum as required by said constitution.

As is started to find out this stuff I wanted to quantify it in some way. I soon got my chance when I got a speeding fine in the mail. To cut a long story short... I have managed to beat the system three times now, two speeding fines and one parking fine, all three in court.

There is a lot to this but I will give you guys the basics (if you want details, let me know)...
Under the National Measurements Act 1960, section 10, ALL measurement devices used for legal purposes MUST have what is called 'Pattern approval' (a number given out to each individual device by the National Measurements Institute).

Guess what? No speed camera in Australia, mobile or fixed, has a pattern approval number, making them all ILLEGAL under Federal Law.

I should add... anyone paying a fine before going to court is actually breaking the law!

section 8, sub-section 12 of the Imperial Acts Application Act clearly says that all fines and forfeitures before conviction are illegal and void.

You must lead a very interesting life, Wolf!

Speeding fines are just another form of revenue raising. Another tax if you like. Most people just accept that and pay them. However, it is nice to find a way to beat the system.

Some people take it to extremes. Like the Qld mate in the news this week who has spent over 100k contesting a $250 fine!! And he hasn't finished yet with a High Court case coming up. Now Wolf, here's a man who really needs your advice! http://www.9news.com.au/national/2016/0 ... ing-ticket

Here in Victoria, you can ask for a warning on some speeding offences if it’s not a major violation and you haven’t had a conviction in the last three years. You also have to admit guilt and that irks a lot of people!

Anyway, it worked for me a couple of years back when my enthusiastic right wellington spooled up the turbo and nudged past the legal limit… :D

The QLD police raised over $250 MILLION from these illegal cameras in one year!

Thanks for the link. The story shows how corrupt the so-called courts are.
Clearly this guy should have won if even the 'expert witness' from the camera company said there were discrepancies. Defendants are supposed to be shown to be "guilty BEYOND reasonable doubt". It all comes down to the judge on the day. I have been both lucky and unlucky with judges in my plays in court...

One case in the 'magistrates court' I had (didn't think I had to use the NMA 1960 defence as I had clear evidence of a large metal sign in the photograph behind my car... something the camera operators manual says will give a false reading) had to be taken to the appeals court. The 'judge' refused to accept my evidence! After receiving 'advice' (I was in danger of being set up, possibly raided and framed for disrupting the system) I dropped the appeal, learnt lots and moved on to the next fight.

The courts are simply sheering sheds, pumping through victims to be fleeced. Did you know every time you go into court the court clerk writes up a 'bid-bond', which then gets traded on the international bond market? This is what funds the judge's retirement!

At one point I had a judge shouting at me to "get out of HIS court!" I shut him up with one question, "Your honour, do you have an interest in this matter?" :D

Yep , it's a scam alright , from the very top right down to your local council .

Everyone should watch this , it's an hour long but well worth knowing what's actually happening . https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=umVj5XQYAi8

Aussie speeding fines has a book you can dowload or purchase a hard copy . It details how to legaly avoid any fraudulent parking fines , speed cameras , roadside rbt and other matters involving "authorities". I bought the book and am prepared to take on any attempts to rip me off . Looking at laws in the constitution are also very helpfull .
http://www.aussiespeedingfines.com/

The main thing to understand is that government departments are now businesses operating via contract law . For example , when a police officer pulls you over and says " blah blah blah , do you understand me " he's actually offering you a contract . Do you understand me actually translates to .... do you stand under me or do you recognise me as your authority . Same goes with parking officers and private law firms operating for council who have no authority over you .

The key to all this is to know your rights and never agree to anything . Once you say yes then your agreeing to their terms and conditions . There's a saying , those who don't know their rights have none . Do your homework before attempting anything and always respect the police , we need them .

Aussie Speeding Fines are great. I would encourage everyone to get their book. I have used some of their information successfully.
knowyourrightsgroup.com.au is also very good and they have podcasts to listen to as well.

If anyone is interested in this sort of stuff I would recommend joining up at southernfreemen.com.au for tonnes of information. There is a forum as well but absolutely heaps of info in the resources tab.

Larry Hannigan's Australia is also a good site. http://www.larryhannigan.com

Hey Rusty… Great video! Well worth putting an hour aside for a look. Scott has demonstrated amazing resolve and knowledge in taking on the ‘Government’. This unnecessary Customs bureaucracy really gets up your nose.

Scott is an impressive man. I really hope this determined chap gets into politics one day. Maybe then he will then be able to influence change to this grossly unfair system. Probably best achieved from the inside.

Trust he is now enjoying that magnificent classic ’59 Corvette as originally intended. I have a good mate who deals in exotics. He regularly brings in high end sports cars like Ferrari, Porsche Turbo and Mercedes SL. He has a system that works. I won’t explain it here but he has no problem getting those imports onto Australian soil. I’ll even admit to buying a couple of toys from him over the years! :D

Got another case coming up for an alleged speeding offence (88 in an 80 zone on a back country road with no other traffic at night!).

I prepared a very detailed submissions with a full List of Authorities including several High Court findings and 9 acts of legislation.

If the prostitutor does not take one look and say 'stuff it, this one is too hard' and drop the matter I am very tempted to bring up the fact the entire Australian Government and hence all the laws it has created are null and void according to international law.

Early last year I had what was a quiet, respectful magistrate burst out shouting at me...
All I did was ask him if he swore an oath to the Queen, to which he replied, "Of course"
I then asked him "And where does this Queen reside?"
"I WILL NOT BE ANSWERING YOUR RUBBISH IN MY COURT SIR!"... quite a reaction :D

Obviously he knew full well the Queen is a foreign entity and as such he has committed treason against the Commonwealth of Australia by swearing an oath to a foreign entity. The shout-down was a desperate attempt to stop me from pointing out in 'his' court in front of multiple witnesses he had committed treason under International Law.

Life is very interesting when you start digging and pulling apart "reality"

Yep, sure is.
Problem is, when you start digging deep into the rabbit hole and using the information you find, it tends to place a big target in your back. (2guns)
I was in the process of creating a precedent in a higher court last year when I heeded some warnings from associates and friends and backed off.
At stake was a 200 million dollar a year industry after all. Luckily my opponents agreed to drop the cases without asking for costs if I pulled out, even though I had already pointed out in early proceedings they were deliberately misleading the court and made them look like blatant crooks... the opposing barrister was furious (claps hands)

Hi Wolf,

Seems the minute you walk into a court room your money starts draining away whether you win or lose.
Even if you do win, it's on principal only. It's sad to see couples in divorce courts spending their remaining dollars fighting each other.
In the end they have little left to show for it while the lawyer starts renovating his beach house.

I admire your determination Wolf, but you want to be careful, not to end up in the little black book that the men in black carry in their top pocket.

Yep, I know one guy who claims to have spent 6 weeks over Christmas in jail without trial and was injected slyly with something by the plainclothes guys who arrested him. I saw the cancers that grew from where they jabbed him.
He had forced a judge out of a court in WA by accusing him directly of treason, then walked out himself on 'serious' charges.

Of course this is all his claims, for all I know he spent those 6 weeks in a loony bin (eek)
