Baby Yowie Shot

Unread post by DaveR »

Sketchy details provided by a fellow named Dave Strumpf. This was posted on youtbe a few hours ago claiming that a baby yowie was shot somewhere and is apparently in the care of a Dr. Joanne Wilson locked up in a laboratory in Sydney Australia under armed gaurd. Anyway I thought it interesting enough to post.

I'm just trying to imagine what a baby yowie looks like. Id say the image is from multiple screen captures or photographing a computer screen. Anyway.. one to keep an eye on. More likely than not (steamer) though.

So, this thing is reportedly deceased...and still the camera can't be focused? It's definitely not moving, and the camera isn't being focused.

I got 33 seconds in and gave up.

I agree - looks like an infant orangutan.
This just reeks of a hoax. The picture looks like a picture of a picture and even the animals features are questionable.
Those short legs just look like those of an orangutan.

Nothing to see here - move along! (uh uh)

Hi all , it screams out hoax looks like an orang atang, and after a quick google search I cant find a Dr Joanne Wilson in Sydney or Australia for that matter , there is a Joanne Wilson who is Senior Policy Officer/ Interagency Liaison for the NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service but I strongly doubt she would have it
