Does anyone here have the number-plate "YOWIE1"? We spotted a car with that plate in Lawson yesterday.

Hello GUBBA,
Are you sure it's spelled "GUBBA", I was told it was "GUBA". As in GOOOBA. I take it you're investigating the Winbourne Road and Clear View Pde Yowie. I recently sent a coloured drawing down that way, based on a photo of "GUBA". Perhaps you've come across it in your networking?

Gidday Joe,
Yep, thats the area I focus most of my efforts in. There has been a fair bit of activity lately!
What experiences have you had in this area?
I was told that name by Neil Frost. I assume you sent the drawing to him?
I've also been told by a local Aboriginal woman that Gubba/Guba means "white fella"?

Oh, yes, Gubba, I've had plenty of unusual experiences in the bush in that area. And you're right as to where that drawing went also. I always thought the aboriginal term for the creature in those parts was "Dooligarl", so was surprised to hear yet another aboriginal name for it for the same area.
