Sighting today at beerburrum

This afternoon a sighting took place from a male mowing his grass. The sighting was located at beerburrum (north brisbane) at mount tibrogargan national park.
He lives extremely close (only house) to the national park just past caves road, next to the old no longer used nursery.
The man stated he saw a man in overalls, then realised it was hair and was a foot taller then himself. So the subject was around 6'10.
It stood on the track near the nursery staring at him slightly slouched, the male approached him to see if he was ok and realised it was not human, he followed it up in the bush carpark, the subject then ran into the national park.

I heard about this aprox 5pm, rang ron and we headed out. Since it was only 10 minutes from my house.
Had little time to charge torches and cam corder.
Came across 2 cars in the bush scouting as well.
Saw tracks through long grass and a bedding type area of flattened grass. Couldnt pick up on any foot prints.
Went dark--extremely quiet out there, but heard no knocking ect..

Torch lights died so had to call it quits.
Yet another failed attempt--probably ran miles away by the time we got out there--pitty.

Good effort anyway Adventurer. I've been to Beerburrum visiting friends at Glasshouse. Top area.

Hey Trev,Do you think its worth it--dont know if it will come back-my thoughts are it wont because The man has never mentioned he has seen them before, so maybe this is just a once off??

Strange though why it would come out of the bush to the nursery over a dirt road. We checked out the nursery to see if theres any reason it came there but to no avail.

Sounds like following the boy sprouts' motto "Always Be Prepared" would have come in handy.

I am normally an extremely well prepared person.I had a choice to charge as much as I could and get out there while the sighting was fresh. Or wait and go tonight. My aim was daylight to view if any footprints were around in the wet. Even though I was hoping to finally see one in flesh and blood form.

Go out again and take a look around but be very stealthy with your movements. Only go in a pair so you can be as quiet as possible and maybe pick an area and sit there and hope to catch a glimpse of it. If it was there once why not twice.

" A man in overalls" ?
Interesting description. Must of been something odd about its hair pattern to warrant that remark.
From descriptions the hair is mostly uniform all over with possible flecks of tone in their.
